I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found the price outrageously high for the poor quality and service we received in return. Breakfast: I found the breakfast service painfully slow. Simple items like milk were not provided unless you specifically requested them. They served a breakfast set for two people that included only one small piece of butter, meaning you always had to ask for more, which took so that I thought they intentionally do this to keep you from any additional requests. They charged extra for fresh orange juice and sausages. The omelette or scrambled eggs consisted of just one egg per person – a ridiculously small portion. I’ve never seen such meager servings at any other hotel. See the attached picture for reference. The most upsetting part of our stay was the owner's behavior. I asked for a knife and plate to bring to our room, and her response was shocking. She rudely informed me that it’s "not allowed to snack in the rooms." After yelling at me and my husband, they provided the plate and knife as an expection, and additionally informed us not to put any food in the fride. This is absurd, especially when most hotels offer room service as a basic amenity. Her attitude made us feel like we were a burden rather than paying guests, as if she were doing us a favor by letting us stay. I found her rude, condescending tone completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of everything, the room my parents stayed in had mold on the bathroom ceiling. We booked two rooms for four nights, spending over €1000, and left feeling completely regretful. I would not recommend staying here.
