Nice place, avery friendly staff, the water park and pools are great . Worm hospitality The public areas are kept clean and so are the rooms.

Just got home from another lovely holiday here, this hotel is amazing for family’s. The area has some beautiful places to visit aswel. Can’t thank the staff enough they are all so welcoming friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for anyone. Everyone that works here is amazing but this years animation team are the best, a very big thank you to all of them, Matto, Paulina, Mickey and Aurelia these four work so well together and have been one of the highlights of our holiday, from the kids club to the day time activity’s and the evening shows did not disappoint never laughed so much they did an amazing job and the hotel should treasure them 😊. Food and drinks are very good, a different style every night was never a day/night that we had problems, day time street food is to die for 😍. However the onsite al a carte Resturant is a must for everyone!!!! My only gripe this year was that the sports bar near the entrance wasn’t open which would have been nice as we spent a lot of time in there the year before when it got a little too busy in the main bar but overall we had a great holiday and can not wait to come back. A massive thank you to everyone there for making our holiday an amazing experience 😊😊

The Spa massage treatment I had with Emma was one of the best massages I have ever had. She took her time to work all my body and some knots. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to a full body massage

Our first time to Crete, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived it was just amazing. The hotel was spotless, rooms lovely staff so friends and work so hard. The food wow absolutely amazing we loved the snacky foods at the pool bar gyros was our favourite just amazing, kids loved the pizza burgers and hotdogs. Breakfast & lunch always something for everyone. Beach 5 minutes walk away from hotel, we visited the aquarium which is about 25 minutes walk. Water park was amazing kids loved it unlimited drinks food & ice cream was so good. Only 20 minutes away from the airport. If your planning on going go you will have a great time we travelled with a 6 & 1 year old.

Upon arrival there was only one man in reception, who took a long time to check the coach load of guests in. Thankfully, we were first in the long queue! Our room 7010 was perfect for us, we had two bedrooms and direct access to the pool. The resort and rooms are spotless clean. We booked all inclusive plus vis Jet 2 and like other reviews mention, there is no ‘plus’, the water in the rooms is only replenished every other day (we didn’t need the soft drinks, again as mentioned in other reviews, they are poor as the kids didn’t touch them). The mediocre parts we were expecting from reviews we had read at time of booking. The food wasn’t great for a European 5* hotel, but there was always something to choose and no-one got sick. From our experience the Japanese was pretty poor. The wine was expensive £28 for a bottle that was difficult to finish. We ate at a couple of local places in the evening as we usually do when on all inclusive. We found prices in the town quite reasonable and we always chose places where locals were eating. The gym is small and gets extremely busy. The lady from the spa (main receptionist who stands outside at breakfast) is rude and obnoxious. Avoid her if you want to book any kind of treatment. I had a slip from my booking which I made with her but she had double booked and told me that it was not in fact a booking for a treatment. Despite me having the ticket. The entertainment team are very nice and friendly. The slides are great fun (although pools were still cold during our visit). We took the bus into Heraklion, we hired a car for the day (£35 from Caroline’s) opposite the hotel and drive into Nicolise and Malia - roads were easy to navigate. We really enjoyed our trip, however disagree that this is a 5* despite paying 5* prices. Tip - visit duty free if you like to have an alcoholic drink on your holiday. The supermarket sells branded mixers.

I had a cretan massage/full body massage with Emma. Who was lovely, friendly and put me at ease. All round an amazing resort all the staff are 5star and go the extra mile to make your stay fun and enjoyable. I came with my family, my little girl really enjoyed the children's entertainment facilities.

I just can't fault the place, all the staff were exceptional the facilities great, plenty of good food. It seems to me they go well out of their way to make your holiday the best they can. Of particular mention are Maria at the poseiden bar and the entertainment team of matteo, paulina, aurelian and mickey who never seem to rest. The kids lived the kids club and the proximity of all the bits which meant they could and grab things for themselves. The place is spotless and there's a constant stream of people clearing and tidying. Just a great hotel with very close proximity to the beach and other towns

Amazing hotel, everyone was so kind and friendly and made our daughter birthday magical thankyou for the amazing week and the amazing entertainment. I've got nothing negative to say about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
