GOOD SERVICES AND HELPFULL STAFF my overall experience was so great you should add this place The hotel is well located facing the Himalayas you can view the Himalayas the best in early morning it's the best time to watch the mountains ahead with a Himalayan crown from the hotel balconies or from the garden

Our stay was comfortable and decent. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean. The best thing about this property is its location which is just infront of the beautiful mountains. From our room we could clearly see the Trishul Mountains at almost 7am in the morning. Meal is very tasty and we were not at all disappointed. The staff is very polite,courteous,greets the guests with respect and is ready to help at any time you need. The garden is very beautiful and it's a very nice experience to play Badminton there. It was a great experience. Two nights stay at Su*** Royal Resort Kausani, their room is very nice. Their service is very good. Their food is very good and it is very good to see HiMallya's from their balcony and their room has a separate balcony and their room service and their food and their place is still very good.

Pl avoid this place. We stayed two nights booked through Thomas Cook . We booked the superior Himalayan view room. They we’re trying to give us room on ground floor which has no balcony. Their ***ager intervened and offered us room on 2 nd floor. Bathrooms are horrible. Once flused tanks need 20 minutes to get filled.shower doesn’t work. Plastic cheap toilet. Wooden floor in the rool which needs repair . Try Sunita paradise which is good hotel.

The hotel is well located facing the Himalayas you can view the Himalayas the best in early morning it's the best time to watch the mountains ahead with a Himalayan crown from the hotel balconies or from the garden there are some swings for children in the park and also food was great my overall experience was so great you should add this place in your bucket list and enjoy the serene nature here 😊

We stayed in this Resort Hotel for 3 days from 3 to 6 June 23. The place is excellent, and well ***aged. Staff is very cooperative and attend to the guests promptly. Meals are cooked from naturally grown ingredients in the himalayas, taste is better than in the metro cities. Above all, the view of snow capped mountains is the best.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days with my family the rooms were good everything was neat and clean and the balconies facing the Himalayas were soothing the eyes and an eternal peace was there overall my experience was good the staff was also cooperative and everbody was helping it felt so nice there you must try once the place

It's very good hotel with best view of Himalaya side. Can't mention in words to experience sunrise & sunset view of Himalaya from hotel. Staff is very polite & supportive. They are always available to help you.
