O hotel nao tem cafe da manhã, não existe nem cafe na recepção, o quarto nao tem microondas que é o ideal para estadias longas.

酒店衞生和服務都不錯，住了三晚沒讓人打掃。酒店被子不是被罩，是兩個床單合起來的。酒店不提供拖鞋，牙膏牙刷可以問前台要。酒店離country club plaza很近，逛街購物方便，旁邊有網紅jacks 烤肉店和bolin 中餐館，還有cheesecake factory，去nelson博物館走路15分鐘左右值得推薦。

Loved the hotel! Very clean, modernized! Staff was very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Parking on site! Close to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend to stay at this hotel! Will return!

The property was nice. Smaller than other Alofts we've stayed in but it was new and clean and offered exactly what we needed. Only problem was I was charged by the hotel for the stay as well as by *******. Not sure why/how that happened but trying to get that worked out now. At check in the front desk was polite but didn't really help in explaining things like parking. Would still stay here again as it was cheaper than other hotels around the Plaza and just as convenient.

Cute hotel, and a quick walk to The Plaza. Cosy nooks to get some work done downstairs, the bartender was friendly and talkative when we hung out at the WXYZ bar to watch the end of the Chief's game. The fitness center was closed for renovations this week, which the gal at the check in counter didn't know, and i didn't find out until i was dressed and there first thing in the morning. You need a key card to exit the parking garage, but it was deactivated at check out so...we called the help button and got nowhere. Literally. So we had to get the person behind us to back up, so we could back up, to eventually get help exiting.

This is a nice NEW hotel by the Country Club Plaza. We loved how it was decorated. We read reviews that said the rooms were small, but we found the room to be a decent size (I think the more you have travelled, the more you appreciate room sizes). The only thing we found odd is that the shower is open to the rest of the room - no door or curtain to block it off. So....if you are staying with a coworker or someone you do not wish to see you shower, then this is not the hotel for you. It worked out alright for our family of three.

Very cool people and clever ideas to amuse the clients but man o man was that room heater LOUD and the blankets were like cardboard (Target sells high thread count sheets, cheap, just a hint ; ). I did not understand the ala carte food service - and using the card while carrying a bunch of stuff on the elevator was weird. Entry without a hotel card was impossible and the credit card reader did not work (for me). So -there are many artsy and groovy features and I loved, but some of the functionality was suspect (like, tell the client that they cannot exit the parking lot the way they came in...)

I have stayed at another hotel in the area that was kinda dated and this was a breath of fresh air… very fun, cool design, efficient and with a fresh look and feel. You want to stay there! And the staff was fabulous!

Super happy with this hotel. It’s very modern & clean, and the layout of our room was awesome. The location is great too. We’d definitely stay again.
