素晴らしいホテル

All staff are 5* so kind and friendly. We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for all your help with our daughter during such a stressful time(daughter ended up in hospital due to allergies). The hotel is so clean and pristine. The food has been 50/50 would of loved to see more British options for an international brand but overall very good( if you have a bacon loving partner like mine there is a local restaurant near by that does a full English, heard it was superb from other guests.I understand due to religion it is not served in turkey) The only con, we found was the entertainment. The constant disco music like “techno” is not for us( all noise barely any words until 2am every night almost). Would like to listen to proper full songs. The Micheal Jackson show, was outstanding, best entertainment of the stay. We are sad to miss the Madonna show tonight. But the staff make this hotel, Housekeeping do a superb job of the rooms, the little towel decorations are incredible and the little notes are all very much noticed. Excellent service, friendly stuff, great food. Everything was very good! Recommend for families with childrens, just friends or business.

We stayed at this hotel from March 26 to April 10. The hotel is very comfortable. Stylish interior, comfortable rooms. The area is not large, but everything is very correctly located for maximum convenience of guests. Cleanliness of the area, cleanliness of the rooms, cleanliness of the restaurants. The hotel is supported by the eco concept. Therefore, cosmetic kits in the rooms are minimal, but everything you need will be provided to you upon request. As well as bathrobes, an ironing board and iron. The wonderful “personal assistant” service was launched last year. Upon check-in, your phone number is added to the group with the guest relations team. Every morning you are sent all the information on the hotels: restaurant opening hours, animation, hotel news. Also in this chat you can ask all your questions, as well as personal requests. We have used the “personal assistant” service many times and the team responded instantly to our requests. I especially want to mention guest relations Emilia. She is a very pleasant girl and a true professional. No guest is left unattended. Such a pleasant atmosphere, as if they were just waiting for you. The food festival is a special feature of the hotel. A variety of world cuisines in street food style. Mickey Brown's Coffee House will surprise you with various types of coffee drinks, tea, and amazing desserts. This hotel is definitely on our list of favorite hotels.

Jet2 and all their staff have been wonderful 😊 The cabin crew, Laura and Maddie made our journey happy and safe. The hotel, Double Tree by Hilton in Kemer has also been wonderful with the most friendly staff we have met in 50 years of travelling nothing has been a trouble to them, an excellent holiday added by the lovely Turkish people we have met

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really stood out! Special thanks to Ali, Assel, Tuana and Deniz and all staff from Georges pub and the Ibiza bar! The food was delicious and lots of variety. During breakfast the preparations for lunch and dinner were already going on, so it smelled amazing all day. The dj music in the evenings was not very varied. Mostly house/ techno. It was not to our liking, we would have preferred some more “non-remixed” music to party and dance to.

Excellent hotel, slightly small room for a family of four but other than that we had a great time. Food trucks are superb. Special mention to Amina, Turku and Deniz who were all part of the kids club and Mini Disco. Our kids would have spent all day with them if they could have!!!

This was our extended family's third year of coming here for our Easter break. Many of the staff are now very familiar and all are just are caring as ever. The food was lovely as was the entertainment and overall ambience. As a group ranging from age 10 to age 85, we genuinely cannot fault what the Hotel offers. We are already looking and planning our 4th visit for 2025. Thank you Hilton Kemer for our stay.
