I would probably rate this 3-stars based on the areas where this resort falls unnecessarily short, but the overall food quality and the attitude of the staff members merits another star. For the positives, as many reviewers have stated, the atmosphere, set among about a billion older trees (they're even numbered), is relaxing. The 5+ minute walk to the beach is nice, with the road and sidewalk actually built around many of the old trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is good, and the preparation is definitely above average. The Tchibo coffee bar in the middle of the park was very nice. The negatives were disappointing and generally unnecessary. We were initially shown a room (M-6) with two single beds. When we initially asked for a room with a full size bed, we were told that the beds could be pushed together. On our second request, we were moved to room M-16, which was better. Better, but old (the main building is old and feels old). I have read that the 'annex' building is newer - it looks it on the outside. Our room was conveniently located, a short walk down one flight of stairs to the lobby bar and main restaurant - down two flights to the spa. A couple disappointments: the bathroom door didn't latch. The drinks in the fridge/minibar were never replenished. While the shower wasn't bad, the shower head had some issues, and the hot water temperature fluctuated. The evening 'entertainment' was well below average. ”Live music” on Sunday consisted of a single singer basically doing Karaoke. He wasn't bad, but it was below the quality of other resorts Other nights, including their ”Miss Armas” competition we're pretty forgettable. Bottled mineral water was not carried. They ran out of things (like ayran) at thr bars. The beach bar and snack bar seemed like hastily assembled substitutes (when compared with other resorts). The beach was rocky whereas that on the adjacent Nural resort (admittedly more expensive) was largely cleared of rocks and sandy. The ”beer house” near the Tchibo coffee bar was never open - apparently closed for the season. The sheet we were provided with times said ”ultra all inclusive”. We have been to both all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. This was definitely not ultra. Sorry for the long list. We gave this 4 stars because of the positives. The disappointments are submitted for management review and for future guests to set their expectations. We are happy that we went - it was a relaxing five days - but we are unlikely to return.

It should be 5*, I'm sure 3* would be appropriate for this hotel. I am writing on the last day of my holiday and I have heard several complaints at the reception. I would like to add that today I also had a longer conversation with people on the spot at the hotel. During the week, I wrote a note that does not meet the criteria of the hotel: * Room - Broken and dirty lamp domes, balcony door (filmed, no daylight) lock broken which is a clear security issue, broken tiles in the bathroom. We ended up in a disabled room, there was no shower cabin because there was no curtain, the whole bathroom was full of water after the shower. It was not possible to attach the shower to the wall. There is no room for towels etc. in the room and on the balcony. to dry. In the spa, towels are not changed during the day, if wet, you have to wait until the next day. One morning there were no towels at the spa, they arrived after lunch. The bed is very uncomfortably hard (although I myself prefer a firmer mattress). Since our room is on the main floor, all the noise comes into the room. About 2 cm between the doors, when someone walks in the corridor, you can hear it as if in the room. All the noise from the bar comes into the room until late at night. What bothers me the most is the pan flute music, which is played at full volume before 7 in the morning and ends at midnight (Titanic and other soundtracks once an hour, same record) - everything can be heard in the room. * Cleaning - garbage was not cleaned from the floor (large, visible), bed linen was not changed (after making a note, only sheets, blankets were not changed, I asked again), towels had to be changed if I left them on the floor if necessary (the dirty ones were picked up, new ones were not put, I took them myself from the trolley), toilet paper was not put (I took it myself), nothing was added to the minibar during the week (there was nothing but water and soft drinks, but you had to add it if something was missing). During the week, I often cleaned myself and brought the necessary items. There are cardboard cups in the room instead of glasses, detergents in the bathroom leave something to be desired. *Restaurant catering - the same tasteless meal throughout the week, nothing changed. Yesterday was Turkish night, I expected that at least that evening there would be something about Rürgi. Usually the tablecloths could be at least for that evening. There was nothing that was typical of Turkey (from what is usually offered). Today we bought baklava from a patisserie, because we haven't seen it in a hotel yet. There are no local fruits, the only thing offered is apples and plums (once we saw watermelons, but we didn't have enough). No more food is added when it runs out. There were 2 cooks outside - one made fish (local, which no one wanted; once they offered grilled salmon, but there was a queue of about 30 people), the other made pizza (often so peppery that it was impossible to eat). Мы с подружками отдыхали в Armas Beach 13 дней По приезду нас встретили на ресепшене дружелюбные администраторы , предложили покушать , взять полотенца и идти на пляж , пока нам готовят номер , так как мы приехали рано утром После этого нас заселили в номер , номер был чистый , уютный , вид был на горы 😍 Хотелось бы отметить обслуживающий персонал , официанты всегда улыбались , подсказывали и помогали в любой ситуации 😉, а бармены моя новая подруга Алена и Диди всегда наливали вкусные и КРЕПКИЕ КУБА - ЛИБРА 😀😀👍👍👍👍 Еда была разнообразная и вкусная , всегда были фрукты - арбуз , сливы , мандарины , дыни . Старший администратор Хасан - всегда был на позитиве и дружелюбен , и каждое утро с улыбкой говорил «доброе утро девочки» 😀😀 Теперь хотелось бы отметить аниматоров Фернандо и Ози , всегда приглашали на интересные мероприятия , поднимали настроение , утром и днём были спортивные занятия , вечером дискотека и мероприятие от отеля , так же вечером всегда у кальянщика Азата можно было заказать вкусный кальян 👍👍👍 Отдыхом остались очень довольны , спасибо Турции за теплый прием ❤️‍🔥 А отелю Armas Beach спасибо , что выдержали нас все 13 дней и наши гулянки 😀😀❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
