Great place to relax! Well stocked kitchenette and within walking distance to the town of Kemptville.

Second stay here in a year, different room. thought the first room was overall better. No gas fireplace in our room like last year... the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The layout just wasn't as good as last year's room. We wait for the off season pricing to come, the value is still good overall)).

Upon arrival, my keycode did not work to get into the building. I called the customer service number and the I was told they are having keypad issues and was given a master keycode. It was resolved politely and quickly. After running into another couple outside later in the evening struggling with the keycode as well, I wondered how long this has been an issue and realized that all rooms could now be accessed by all guests with this master code. Very uncomfortable feeling. Upon entering the building, I was greeted with a horrible, strong, raw sewage smell. Thankfully it did not permeate the room itself, which was really lovely, but found myself holding my breath in the hallway.

Beautifully appointed rooms with plenty of space and in a perfect location. It was clean and quiet. Ample parking and everything you need in the kitchenette. This is a self check-in hotel so make sure to get your door passcode from email. Tea and coffee with snacks were provided and was greatly appreciated. A warning, however, that the Tv has no cable, only Netflix. We loved our stay and will absolutely fo back.

I contacted customer service and now a day after returning from our stay, they still haven’t replied. Thank goodness for other guests checking in who had a binder with the wifi password and for Sharon, your friendly maintenance person who happened to be onsite changing door access pad batteries on another unit. She solved our issues and really cared. All thumbs down for the owner/manager of this property. Your guests are really on their own there. Service is zero. No phone, no USB port for charging devices. No blind on skylight, so you’re awoken at sunrise, Not enough towel racks for used towels, black mildew at base of shower walls. Mattress isn’t good. Too many stairs and no elevator. We climbed to the second floor, then opened our unit door to be met with another steep flight of stairs inside the unit to get up to our room. Batteries were low on the keypad. No welcome binder with instructions fir wifi, A/C. No one answers customer service emails. Make sure you have a cellphone and it’s charged before you go. Also not good if you aren’t good with stairs or have more than minimum luggage. There is no one there to help you.

The folks at the Kemptville Suites have obviously put a lot of thought and care into the property. The exposed brick, limestone, and wooden beams are gorgeous, but the fully stocked kitchenette, complimentary snacks, and suite of products in the bathroom (including the best hair blow dryer I've ever used, not your typical hotel dryer) really made our stay. We contacted the hotel in advance twice and both exchanges were incredibly professional and pleasant, and we were able to modify our original booking and check in early which was a huge, unexpected bonus for us. We'd recommend the Kemptville Suites to anyone.

This was a great stop on the way to pick up our son at camp farther north. We appreciate the ease of getting into the sweet room and all the amenities. The kitchen was full of nice treats and very modern. We truly felt comfortable and would stay again.

The property is lovely. It was a brief stay as we were visiting relatives before heading east. The TV didn't work. Access to Netflix or YouTube only which was a bit disappointing after a day's drive. Not a big deal. The suite is beautiful, the bed and bedding (thanks for going European!) were so comfortable. Would stay again when in the area. It is quite charming. Thanks for the snacks and warm welcome.
