Overall a comfortable stay. Management is great. I had a couple things that were inconvenient as a business traveler and the GM, Ms. Trujillo was just fantastic and responsive. Usually if I bring something up, I get a generic email, and a promise to do better. This is the first time I’ve experienced the “do better.” As a business traveler, Sonesta as a company needs to work on their app to allow the ability to see reservations, check-in/out options, etc. As a property, however, I appreciate how friendly everyone was. Thank you so much for the small gestures which to me, are huge as a frequent traveler to make me feel at home.

2.5 would be more accurate. The pluses: the staff is pleasant, the breakfast was standard Express fare with enough seating. Coffee and refrigerator in the room. Working ice machine on the floor we were staying. The location is near US 75 and plenty of eating places. Exercise room. Bedding was comfortable Water pressure good and hot Decent WIFI Areas for improvement: no coffee/chilled water in lobby Broken elevator No heat for pool Black mold near tub Dirty, stained couch Toilet noisy Small TV with reception issues I would not stay again.

Fantastic hotel at any price! And the price was fantastic as well! Extremely comfortable rooms and beds with all the amenities! Breakfast was early and abundant and the wifi was fast. I knew that these were good hotels, but this one is the best that I have ever stayed at! It has a gym that rivals gym-gyms! This gym even has two Peloton bikes and free weights...the location is within a 1/2 miles of anything you'd need - restaurants, Target, gas stations, and the mall is within walking distance. I liked it so much that I even extended my stay one day. The staff is very very efficient (thank you and shout it to Nestor who helped with a few things I needed) and helpful and they let me enjoy my stay in peace without unnecessary interruptions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again whenever I am in the area.

I stay here often. This is my go to hotel in Kennesaw. The staff is great, so accomodating and wanting you to have a great stay. The beds are soft and comfortable and rooms are always clean. The breakfast is perfect for me and offers so much for others. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to many really good restaurants. Parking is also easy..
