Looks can be deceiving. We passed it up bc of visual first impressions. However after wasting 25 mins and gas, we ended up back here. To our surprise not only was it the cheapest of all hotels and motels in area, it smelled so good, cleanliness was above par. Customer service was a 10! Very happy with our choice. Don’t make the same mistake and just make the stop! U won’t be disappointed

Only two rooms occupied on the entire 4th floor, mine and the pne next to me. All was good until 2.35am when the neighbors got home. Four of them were yelling like a Quaterback calling play in the Superbowl. Last an hour . I probably wont stay there again

I have stayed at much worse hotels, but this hotel was definitely not at the standard level of "clean". The bed was decent but some of the linens appeared stained and dingy. The bathroom was on the dirty side. There were numerous areas of the building in various states of disrepair. This location is definitely in the top ten worst hotels I have stayed at.

The only issue I had was, there was a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor, and stuck to the shower wall. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Wyatt is the greatest employee ever!!!!! He was kind polite and willing to help with any concerns I had. Great guy

Property not up kept, not very clean. Would not stay here other than a must stay place for work.

Had confirmation for king bed ended up with 2 double beds. Wyatt tried to tell me he might have one later. That was at 6:00 pm. At 9:35 pm a couple checked in and got a king bed. Sun morning Norm told me it was ********** over booked them. Place is filthy.

The property was filthy, old and run down. I turned on the heat, the room filled with a horrible odor and the smoke detector went off. The staff had coached replies to all the my complaints and all the other complaining guests i met. No one cleaned, emptied outdoor ashtrays or garbage cans or even wiped down the elevator key pad. It was just nasty and decrepit there. The hallway carpets were horribly stained,. I could go on, it was not a pleasant stay. I do not recommend this hotel to others and shame on Wyndham for attaching their name to this facility.
