Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful and interesting buildings with amazing room decor. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with a restaurant and spa.

Best beautiful place with beach 🏖️ views, actually eating the best seafood.Decorations inside and outside are so romantic for couple I’ve been coming 3times already. What a peace and romantic place ♥️

We loved it here. Staff so friendly and obliging, food great especially local fish and breakfasts and our room luxurious with a beautifully comfy bed. Kep is fascinating though not really a swimmers' beach so we really appreciated the gorgeous pool at Knai Bang Chatt. Balcony views over the bay are great, especially in early mornings and for sunset. Showers great. Rooms do not have Tvs but there's a library room well stocked with books and dvds.

The most luxury and private resort i’ve have stayed at Kep. The room was very decent, tidy, cleaned, and especially the facilities and amenities . It’s amazing for couples like us. We felt so comfortable right from the start since we first met with receptionist. They were so friendly and warmly welcome. The food was so good, I recommend crab cake and smoked salmon as for your lunch. The swimming pool is also a good space to relax and enjoy the fresh air with a large green grass garden. Next time I’ll try to stay at least 2-3 days. It’s worth the price to stay there.

Best recommend place. Private, peacefully, comfort and beautiful all in one here. If you are finding somewhere to have a quick relax this is a very best choice. Wake up in the morning with the beautiful sea view from your private balcony. That’s a perfect experience in here❤️❤️

If you want to take a quick trip to Kep, this is the private property. In the event that you plan to stay for several days, the venue is quite large. Because a coffee shop and eateries are there. Overall loved it.

Perfect place to stay in Kep. The ambiance of the resort is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the serene ocean, it provided the perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The combination of stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly made me feel fresh and relax . I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape

solutely loved Knai Bang Chatt - a perfect hotel. According to their in-room information, the hotel is based around three colonial villas "… built between 1962 and 1965 by protégées of Vann Molyvann, the renowned Khmer pupil of Le Corbusier. The iconic Blue Villa belonged to the governor of Kep, the Grey Villa was owned by a relative of the King and the Red VIlla was owned by the Head of Customs." Everything about the hotel is high spec, with a focus on peace and tranquility. The sea used to be right up to the hotel, but is now about 100m away due to a government land reclamation project However, this does make the hotel very private and adds to the peace. We had a charming, spacious room, in the Red Villa, by the pool. Delightful. The pool is a good length and has plenty of good recliners, sun beds, etc. shady or sunny. The grounds are charming and well kept, with the Strand Restaurant at one end. The Strand serves an excellent breakfast with Western and Asian dishes, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, freshly-squeezed juices and excellent fresh bread, made on the premises. We also ate lunch here and had excellent, creative dishes. The staff were excellent - everyone was so friendly, gentle, helpful and charming. We had a wonderful, relaxing and delightful stay here. A big "thank you" to the whole team!

Really Awesome place for business. Quiet, relaxing, fast wifi and the place changed a lot. There's a high end place called The Wave - Kep West in front of the beach now which is just a 2 min walk out. Has fresh breeze, beautiful sunset and great views.
