so amazing, iam so knackered after a very long drive and working, just so nice to have a beautiful clean and comfortable but oh so stylish place to stay… would highly recommend to absolutely anyone… my new place to stay when coming north for work.. so welcoming & helpful.. . #goldstar

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in a 2 bedroom unit. First, what we didn't like: I thought it would have been a little larger going by previous reviews. The lounge had a 2 seater couch and a big chair but one of us had to sit on a kitchen chair to watch tv which was not that comfortable. It was a bit of a squash for 4 of us. The mattress of the queen bed in our room had seen better days. It was quite thin as far as comfort goes. The fridge was tiny and if we put anything in the door storage, it fell out when we opened the fridge. The unit looked out to trees and bushes so there was privacy but there was a really bad smell coming from the garden. I understand they recycle the wastewater. What we liked: It was very quiet at night which was a plus and the unit was serviced every day with new towels etc. The bedrooms were spacious enough and the whole unit was clean. I wouldn't stay here again though as there were too many negatives and when we arrived the owner just seemed obviously eager to get our money as if they were afraid we were going to hop back in the car and leave again!

Our host Bill was extremely helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. The accommodation had all the creature comforts we were hoping for and the attention to detail was superb. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

This was a lovely surprise - reasonably priced accomodation in a renovated motel. The unit was sparkling clean and the decor was fresh and welcoming. The room had all of the amenities you’d hope for and the kitchen was well equipped. Bedding was nice too and we had a couple of chairs on the small verandah. The location was quiet - backing on to bush and close to town. Each unit has its own car park.

Clean and well provisioned apar**ent in beautiful grounds - quiet and close to central Kerikeri.

Beautiful gardens, nicely furnished, enough seating inside and out. Able to take our dogs without any issues. Regret not staying longer.

After a long trip to reach Kerikeri the apar**ent was very nice, roomy, bright with an extremely comfy bed.

Bill and Paula are extremely welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay.

My family and I spent the weekend at Stay. We were greeted by the lovely owner who made us feel welcome from the get go and showed us around. The apar**ent we booked was perfect for my husband and I and two teenage children. We will definitely be returning.
