I booked a 7 nights stay with my partner, 4-5 days before my stay I was put on sick leave by my doctor for high risk medical reasons. I contacted the property with no answer for days, they refused any compensation or change of dates. Not even a 3 night stay-when I paid for 7 nights- (I literally said I would take any date in the year) Rude answers and poor customer service, sadly treating guests as a number and not a human.
