グランツ オーシャン ビーチ ホテル & リゾート(Glunz Ocean Beach Hotel and Resort)

From the minute we walked in the front door we felt like we were home. The welcome was warm and friendly, and very accomodating! While we were several hours early for check in, we waited at the Havana Jack's restaurant next door, and to our surprise the room was ready very quickly! The room was fresh smelling, spacious, clean, airy, and they offered refillable Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in the roomy shower(no more plastic bottle waste). The fridge was big enough for our drinks and the ice bucket (anyone who's been to the Keys knows nothing stays cold)! The view of the Atlantic, the perfect little beach, and pool with comfy padded chairs made us so happy! We said we wanted to get in the hot tub, but never did as it was a bit cool and rainy.

I absolutely love this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful! It situated where you feel like theres a private beach at the back with tons of beach chairs..heated pool that looks so pretty at night..even a spa to relax! Alao there was live kareoke right next door, food and a bar! The rooms were clean and cozy! Highly recommend if you want to visit Ket West!

Mixed feelings about Glunz! We only got to stay one night but if we had had time I'm not sure we would have really liked to. The property was beautiful, staff were awesome. There's some signs of weathering from ocean air but nothing awful. The main problem was we splurged for a room which opened out right onto the beach (which was absolutely beautiful. I wish it had been warm/sunny enough to get in), and wanted to keep the sliding doors open but a couple of times someone was smoking somewhere and the smell came into the room and then was so hard to get rid of. Also for ＞$800 a night I wasn't expecting one of the chairs to have a large stain and significant signs of scuffing/wear. Otherwise very clean though. The restaurant could be a little loud but they stopped the music pretty early, and there was a really nice fire pit going for late-people to enjoy. The redeeming factor too was they sent a message requesting feedback and when I mentioned these things, I expected a usual "Thank you for comments we'll take into consideration etc." but it seemed like a real human being read them and responded specifically. So would we go back to Glunz? I think we would give them another try. Especially if they designated one building non-smoking or something. You can very quickly fall into relaxation and the peace of the ocean and would love to catch a better warmer week when kids could actually just run out and play on beach/water. The heated pool was excellent though!

Hot tub was broken, but they had someone fixing it. Live music was playing outside and was wonderful! Kayak, paddleboard, and bike rentals were included and the beach was soft and had a perfect view of the sunrise.

Loved the location and amenities. Our room H5 needed repair to door. It was not secure. You could see light through it because it did not seal securely. The sliding glass door to the pool area couldn’t be locked from the outside so it wasn’t useful as it could be. Staff very nice. Offered us a different room but we opted to stay where we were as we had already settled in. But security is a real problem with this room. It was clean and comfortable otherwise and location awesome.

The beach access was incredible, the pool and hot tub were great, and the onsite bar/restaurant was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely would come here again!

Loved the location, clean rooms and amenities. Lots of hotels charge resort fees for useless items. Their resort fees included kayaks which we were happy with.

The WIFI is terrible and is almost non-existent in the hotel, so don't expect to get any work done if you must work. The room had numerous issues and needed to be cleaned better. It was musty smelling and needed better hygiene. The access to the beach and pool made this place good, and the staff was excellent throughout the stay.

WOW, what an amazing time we had while here for Labor Day Weekend… they treated us as if they had known us forever…
