The hotel was nice and very clean, i really enjoyed of the food that they served, when i arrived the room was very clean, the services people was very nice and gentle, they didn't forget to leave new clean towels.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed at this hotel on November 22-24, 2023. I left the radiator in the luggage room for storage when checking-in. When I checking out the radiator was not found. It was given me after 20 minutes from the manager's room. The radiator was hot, that is, it was used. It means that the hotel staff is using personal belongings that are left in the luggage room. It is unacceptable. Even in Egyptian's hotels, the staff does not allow this.

Excellent hotel with very attentive staff. Liked everything. Delicious breakfasts, fast delivery of ordered dishes. The rooms have everything you need. At the reception they advised where to go, what to see, how best to get to the right place. The hotel is suitable for those who stopped on business, and just for relaxation. Will definitely come back next time

Best hotel ever! Clean, nice, comfortable, luxurious cuisine, good view, cheerful staff, guest oriented service, variable and tasty breakfast. Should you be missing anything - just let the staff know - they will arrange everything. Definitely recommended
