All the personnel were very friendly and helpful. We thought this was our best stay!!

Good variety on the breakfast bar. Quiet environment and updated amenities. Clean facilities.

The rooms were clean. Towels were worn and not great for drying. We could not get the air to cool at all so the room was extremely warm. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy pancakes. Between the room being hot and the horrible pillows, not a great night's sleep!

The windows were weepy and wet. Towels had been placed in the window seal to absorb the moisture. The towels had been there so long they had turned brown. The curtains brown also. It was so bad in Toom 313 that we had to be moved another room

The breakfast was much better than other comparable hotels in which we’ve stayed. It included hot items like eggs, turkey sausage and Belgian waffles along with the usual oa**eal, cereal and pastries. The facility is well maintained and lovely. There’s easy access on and off the main road in Kilgore. My only complaint, from a woman’s perspective, is that there wasn’t a separate place to apply makeup other than the bathroom. There should be a space in the room with a mirror for applying makeup and doing hair. I had to roll one of the ottomans into the bathroom to put on my makeup and do my hair. Because it was a last minute trip, I didn’t think to pack a magnifying mirror. Again, if you remember to bring a makeup mirror and don’t care about monopolizing the bathroom to get your hair done, then none of these will matter. My husband certainly didn’t notice any of these issues. ;-)

First night in Room 125, woke up the next morning with bed bug bites on both legs. Told the desk person and she moved us to another room and said she would talked to the manager regarding a refund for the first night. But no refund was offered..

Great service! Very accommodating! Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds!! We will stay again!

Staff when we arrived didn’t take cash app or cash! Then the electric went out and after it came back on the ac completely broke we woke up sweating will not return

The room and especially bathroom needs remodeling post-haste. I resented being told to press a button on a "box" behind the TV in order to recieve a signal. Otherwise the staff were professional, polite, accomodating and egar to please. Complimentary breakfast was tastey/delicious. The most glaring observation was the extreemly condition of the bathroom.
