Staff amazing, views amazing, room amazing, everything you want to see Costa Smeralda Is in this hotel! The view was perfect, the roof bar is incredible, and the workers incredible. Easy parking in the lot, walkable to many things in the area. Don't hesitate, it's the best!

Our overnight stay was so special. The friendly staff really care and do everything to make your stay comfortable. Loved the jaccazzis although the swimming pool didn't get enough sun to heat it, when we were there. Enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast foods. Had a fabulous meal across the square, at Retrò.

Loud at night / mornings so hard to sleep and dining options very limited. Staff is friendly and helpful though

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was amazing. We arrived 11pm and the staff welcomed us, the same with the checkout very early in the morning. They ordered us taxis, helped us with beaches and restaurants. It was an awesome stay. The room was always clean, the location was perfect since it’s in the middle of everything: you can go walking to Porto cervo town and to beaches near by. The room is always clean and smells nice. The pool was also great. Hoping to come back someday!

This is a lovely hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and the view spectacular. I highly recommend a room with a balcony and sea view. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. The hot tub on the top floor with views to the sea was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend highly!!

Lovely hotel just outside of Porto Cervo. Great rooftop jaccuzi(s) and bar. Very helpful staff with an amazing focus and feeling for customer satisfaction! Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean, service was perfect! Although the pool was too cold (mid of Sept) and breakfast is good (but could use a bit more variety) we had an amazing stay! Absolutely a recommendation!

The hotel is amazing, it is clean, well located and the customer service is some of the best we have received, on all our travels. Marco can turn water into wine! He helped arrange a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife, as we were celebrating our first year anniversary. He ensures his guests are well looked after and the staff are incredibly attentive and polite. We arrived late and ended up missing breakfast hours, the next morning. Marco kindly arranged breakfast to be taken to our room, along with fresh coffee. The breakfast was excellent! A great selection of meats and cheeses, along with fresh fruit and all sorts of pastries. You are a 15/20 min walk away from Porto Cervo marina and there are a few shops around the hotel, if you need to get a few items. The rooftop bar overlooking the sea is a lovely touch, where you can enjoy time in the hot tub and a great selection of drinks & aperitifs. The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful. Marco helped us organise one of the excursions and even took the time to drop us off to the meeting point. They are extremely accommodating and generally care for the well-being of their guests. Overall, this hotel has everything you need and is run by a team who are very professional and will assist you wherever needed. Great food and great location. We will definitely be back!

This hotel had everything, very close to everything and very clean.the owner/ manager is a very nice guy. They really help you in what ever you need. They even did my laundry for a small fee. Loved my stay. Very nice staff and excellent hotel

Comfortable, spacious and very clean room for our 2 night stay. Breakfast typical for those on offer on the island - compared with other stays during our holiday we had better but also far worse! Quiet hotel; the rooftop bar was lovely we had it to ourselves most of the time. Within walking distance of restaurants and the port. Overall we found the quality of food/drinks in the area to be very overpriced for the quality. Glad we experienced the beautiful beaches nearby (by car) but equally that we only spent a few days in this part of the island. Would recommend this hotel if in the area.

The hotel is older, nice but the major issue that the A/C does not work. I asked the desk to check on it and they sent someone up. That person said everything was ok. When we got back to the room it was even hotter than before. We had to find a new hotel. When we check out early, they even charged us for the day we checked out as they said they would not have time to rent it again. If the room was of a decent temp we would not have to had check out, so I feel sorry for who ever they rented it to. Other than that, we email to see if we could came in a day before. Instead of extending our stay like their email said. They canceled our reservations, then found a way to accommodate us. And, even that the sign says the roof top bar opens at a certain time, they open when they want. So if you need a hot room with running water, this is a good place.

The location was perfect! Great restaurants all around the hotel and just a ten min walk to the marina to grab the ferry over to the main town. The staff was beyond helpful for every little thing. Breakfast by the pool was delicious and the service was always great. So happy we chose to stay here and would definitely stay again! Ps the sunset from the rooftop is not to be missed!

Perfectly located to area beaches, etc. Beautiful property.
