reception services are the worst i ever experienced with Marriot. I one time asked for some pending charge on my credit card and they could not explain properly and kept saying the final payment will be correct. The following day i checked my credit card transaction, those payments i was questioning were gone so obvious they wrongly held my payment. Moreover, the cleaning services were awful, for many times i had to ask for new towel and to refill the bodywash. The only good thing for this hotel is the free complimentary breakfast.
