This hotel has the worst customer service ever. I called the day I was to arrive to ask if I could cancel the reservation without charge as I had gotten a call that my mother had died, and I had to turn back toward home. The guy who answered said he would check and came back on phone to say yes that would be an acceptable reason for them to cancel and not charge me. However I was charged. After about 5 attempts to reach the manager Shayna, and getting told each time that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back, I never got a callback, I called again and was given Jackie who said she was manager and when I gave her my complaint she told me she would have to check with ”corp”. And then when I called back a few days later, I was told she is not manager, but head of housekeeping. Repeated phone calls were made again and not one returned call from manager. I then called 800 number who said they would look into complaint and I would get call back. Not so. A week later I called and was told the hotel made their decision and there is nothing the 800 number can do for me. What is even worse is that I got charged but because I did not show up I did not get credit for my 'stay'. This info I got from the 800 number. To say the least, I will never stay at that hotel. The manager should be reprimanded for getting her staff to say she is in meetings when there is no way one could have that many meetings in the short time I tried calling. She should be sent for customer training for being so discourteous that she didn't ever call me back.
