Our unit has no windows on lounge area and the bedroom window was closed and facing a dirty closure. The swimming pool was too small for all guests without a shade and four sun beds , no umbrellas and a small table with four chairs. I was very disappointed because we expected more of this resort on the Main Street in Kingscliff…

The shower in ensuite was broken, the toilet in bathroom had water running out the back of it.

Living area not cleaned. Found food, felt tip pens, toys under the sofa cushions. Otherwise a lovely stay Thanks

From checking in to checking out we loved our stay at Paradiso. The staff are amazing and so Helpful. Our stay was lovely the 3 bedroom apar**ent was right up From the pool area and plenty of space and everything supplied. Beds were very comfy and air con worked a treat. Great for families. Thanks again for a great stay.

Central location to both the Beach and restaurants. Loverly sized family room for myself & 3 adult children .

This resort is very run down and requires a giant gurney trea**ent throughout the resort. We stayed at a ground unit that had no natural light nor a dining area other than stools by the kitchen bench. As per other reviews the location is sensational but that’s the only positive.

Our unit was enormous, you could convert part of the lounge to a bedroom but wasn’t sure what you sleep on. Pool is in the middle so echoes a bit when kids playing. There could have been some more signs for the room, getting out of the lift I wasn’t sure which staircase to take and then which way to go. Missing hairdryer and office didn’t have a spare. Great after hours checkin and instructions

Property was not cleaned well, hair in bathroom, cutlery glasses & crockery not clean, ceiling fan in main bedroom dirty, rangehood falling off, kitchen sink tap sprays water when in use, cupboard in kitchen off its hinges, screen door in main bedroom could not be locked, double sliding doors into bedroom not secure on a track. Have stayed here before but this time was not impressed with the room and the cost.

Excellent position and property with views to die for. The rooftop spa was disappointing as it needed work done to the spa to make it user-friendly. There was a bad odour coming from under the spa making it not an enjoyable experience. I would still give the property 4 out of 5 stars
