Very clean room. Newly renovated hotel. Laminate floors-no carpet in room. Very comfy and clean beds. Nespresso in room, fridge, microwave.

Everything was great. I didn't take advantage of all the amenities so I'll have to come back. Affordable accommodations with an upscale feel.

Hotel from outside seems unorthodox as it is on the 2nd floor of a retail ***** plaza, but the rooms are well appointed.

This is a very nice hotel that is a short drive to Queens Campus and about ten minutes from the downtown. The property was complete refurbished inside and out about a year ago. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable.

I loved the stay! It was clean the staff answered everyone of my questions. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard the breakfast burrito is good. I’d definitely stay there the next time I am in Kingston

Overall, this hotel offered good value for the price. But there was an overwhelming scent (particularly in the hallways and elevators), which I imagine would be very problematic for people with scent allergies. And while the TVs were big-screen, the resolution/definition was so poor that it was like watching television in the’70s. Both of these things could be changed pretty easily for improvement.

$200 room hold? That is just annoying but to pay that much for such an uncomfortable bed, a clogged shower, no light pollution reduction. Also this is not on the hotel but geez, coming in late? Shut up! lol

Watch out $200 damage deposit. Ask if there are kids staying with tournaments - noisy.

For the price and our purpose (being close to the Queen’s stadium and pet friendly) it was an excellent choice for us. The outside of the building and the elevator and stairwell are dated however the room and reception area were updated and roomy. Staff promptly addressed a misunderstanding about late checkout fees which was much appreciated.

Comfortable hotel with an easy location to everything. Would’ve liked to have complementary coffee at least in the lobby.

I recently stayed at the Strata Hotel. I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service and accommodations provided by the Strata Hotel. Regrettably, I left a glass trophy in the room upon checking out. I was delighted to learn that the hotel team had located my misplaced trophy, and I am grateful for their assistance in returning it to me.
