場所、価値、設備は素晴らしかったが、残念ながらチェックイン後は少し下り坂になりました。チェックインのプロセスはスムーズで、部屋は清潔で居心地が良かったです。しかし、翌日の午後に戻ったとき、メイドは部屋を支えて開け、デッドボルトがドアを閉めるのをブロックして作業していました。彼女はホールの反対側にいてもドアを開けるのを支えていた。これにより、私の隣の部屋のドアが揺れ、大声で強打します。いつも、朝のズームコールで、夕方のイベントのために休憩しようとしていたので、それはラフでした。それから、チェックアウトの朝、チェックアウトする前に荷物を片付けるために車に行きました。シャトルの運転手は、非常に速く進んでいて駐車場にスイングしようとしていたので、ロビーに歩いているときにほとんど私を襲いました。ロビーのドアの前のスポット。彼は座っているところから私に怒鳴り、手で乱暴に身振りをしていました。私にはわかりませんでしたが、彼は私に指をくれたと思いました。最後に、チェックアウト時の女性は、アカウントに追加料金が発生したため、質問しようとしたときに非常に簡潔で失礼でした。彼女は、滞在日数の保留であると言いましたが、2日間で3回請求されました。止まる。彼らが私のカードを別の部屋に誤って請求していることに気付いたのは、夕方遅くに電話をかけたときでした（彼女は私の質問に答える忍耐力がなかったようです）（請求書には「間違ったカード」とさえ書かれています）。 2日目まですべてが素晴らしかった。私はおそらく利便性と価値のために再び滞在するでしょうが、少なくともスタッフとのやりとりを制限するようにしてください。

We only stayed less than 24 hours to catch an early flight at the airport. The lady who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful! Parking was easy and convenient, we did the extended parking while we flew out of state.

Room was good. Balcony not available r/t repairs. Pool highly chlorinated to the point of burning eyes. Restaurant menu minimal. No daily maid service. Shuttle driver could not have been less friendly. Would not be my choice again

They were great when our car didn’t start after didn’t getting back from vacation and letting us hang out in the lobby. They USB ports in the lobby didn’t work but was thankful for a warm room. Spent the night before the trip and was very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Parking was easily available and it was in a great central location- we went tubing and to Discovery World, and this hotel was about 15 minutes from each of these activities. The lobby area is well kept and staff was welcoming. I forgot to pack deodorant, and there is a self-serve convenience store in the lobby where I was able to purchase some. Cons: The room itself didn’t meet expectations. The carpets were musty and stained, the bathroom reeked of cigarettes, the ceilings were obviously water damaged, and the pull-out sofa mattress was stained with food. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and attentive, but more than half of the breakfast menu was unavailable which was disappointing. Overall it was just an ok stay.

Crowne Plaza was a beautiful place to stay! The restaurant had good food, the pool area was clean, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Paid for breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be offered starting at 6:30. At 6:45 the restaurant still wasn’t open because the cook wasn’t there. Staff was rude. Missed out on breakfast since we had to be on the road by 7:15.

Sheets were dirty. The walls had stains. There people above us had a physical altercation most if the night. Not a pleasant experience left after the first night.

The staff and management are AMAZING! Rooms are great. Love the whole set up and everything. I highly recommend staying here.

Room was well appointed. Bathroom ceiling is rough. Heater is anemic. The location is all blacktop, very little lanscape. The interior needs clearer signage.

Rooms were not cleaned upon arrival. Had to move to a different floor because I was advised that no housekeeper was available. People were drinking in the pool area and very irate while other children were present and playing. Service for the food had a hr wait. Breakfast is not included. You have to pay per item on the menu. You are only allowed two complimentary vouchers for free breakfast in the amount of $12 value and anything over that is paid out of pocket. Ran the shower water and ants were in the drain. The overall staff was nice but definitely choose a different stay. Hotel isn’t up to par at all.
