本当に楽しい体験と滞在でした。とても心地よい雰囲気でした。本当に気に入りました。

Room was extremely dirty, bed sheets looked dirty on one bed and the other the cover sheet was full of holes. Coffee maker was nasty and it used pods. How could is possibly be that dirty. No water and the vending machine only takes dollar bills. Checked in about 1am after driving 18hrs. Ask for a wate, the lady at the desk said there was a machine around the corner. Go to use it does not take credit cards. I had cash but nothing smaller than a $20. She wouldn’t even break it so I could have some ones. Overall terrible experience. The room was one of the worst I’ve seen in a while.

The hotel was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, The rate for this hotel was great. The main reason I chose this particular hotel was because they advertised a free shuttle to the theme parks, which is true. HOWEVER, the hotel only offers one trip to Disney Hollywood Studios at 8:30 am, and one trip back to the hotel at 4:15. When I asked about the shuttle only going to one park, I was told that Disney had other means of transportation to go from park to park. While that is also true, it also takes a bit of time to traverse from one park to another. Bottom line, if you plan to use their shuttle service to go the Disney parks, it may not suit your needs. I know it did not suit ours and we had to drive back and forth each day. Just a warning ...

My room was clean and perfect.. Love the little Jacuzzi in my room.. Breakfast was good too. Hotel is very close to Oldtown. I Would definitely comeback

The entire hotel was dirty, old, noisy, hard beds, hair all over everything, including our ice bucket, dirty shower/bathtub, dirty disgusting carpet. The only decent part of this experience is the front desk lady was very nice and helpful and the area isn’t too bad.

Property smelled and dirty looking. I had to wait 15 minutes before the front desk clerk showed up to check me in. Then she charged an additional $25 after I already paid online and could not get a refund otherwise I would have left.

The outside of the property was dirty cigarette butts everywhere. Advertise hot tub and did not have one. The bed was very uncomfortable in the room had multiple issues in the room. Fan didn't work light fixture didn't work. All the sinks were clogged had to pull a hair ball out of the shower and water for the water to go down, The hot tub jets didn't work in spa tub.

I will never stay at this location again. The hotel looked just as bad as it smelled. The floors, walls, and furniture were all dirty. The walls had black dust everywhere. The smell, especially in the hallway, was horrendous. Towels looked like someone did a quick fold and just threw them in the cubby areas. The staff however were very friendly upon arrival. It seems like comfort inns are just getting worse and worse. Choice hotels are really close to being on my do not book list. I suggest if you have other options, choose them first. I was in Orlando from Mississippi for cheer competition and wanted to be in a nice and clean hotel. I was wrong. The area was also not the best. Pot hole’s literally on the first half of the street to even get into the hotel, and parking was terribly limited. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I experienced difficulty communicating with the staff. The tap water tasted bad, in my opinion. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy.
