Everything was successful I really enjoy my stay especially the food I think chef should got more salary food was so amazing 🤩🤗 Waiters was a bit slow but so far everything was excellent 👌 can’t wait to come back with my family

This is an expertly run hotel with an amazingly friendly, helpful and attentive staff who speak excellent English. A nice, safe resort that westerners will feel at home visiting.

We have not had water in the showers since we arrived (4 hrs). I made for room change due to my special need and the request was not honored. The receptionist was inpatient to even listen to it. I am disappointed

The staff didn't put a foot wrong. Very good service and generally friendly. I was here for two nights on business. I had visited the hotel for conference before but hadn't sampled it's accommodation hospitality. The hotel is a bit off town in a cool and serene environment, but still a mere 10 minutes drive to the airport with off peak traffic.. The rooms are tastefully furnished and neat, save for bathroom that was a bit squeezed. The restaurant service was great with plenty of choices. There a bar and lounge for relaxation but drinks a bit pricey. The conference facilities are reasonable but technical support was sometimes a challenge. Its a place of choice in the Lakeside city.

I visited the hotel together with my family to usher in the new year. Its a grand hotel, imposing to say. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. All the amenities required in the room are provided. There is a pool, a gym and a spa. I also saw apar**ents within the hotel. I loved the ambience, the decorations and the general outlook of the hotel. But I was disappointed by the food, we had booked on full board, so I expected a 5 star buffet spread for the new year's eve dinner and later accompanying fireworks and ushering new year in style. But what the hotel provided was simply below par in my opinion. The next day , breakfast was simply the usual nothing out of the ordinary. New year lunch was also just not okay. Overall, I loved the hotel but they failed me in the food section. I felt I didn't get value for money after paying an arm and a leg. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel because it is a beautiful place but the food depar**ent needs lots of improvement.

Lovely place, friendly staff, and the food especially the fish was amazing.

Music was blasting restaurant ( banquet going on ) we were in room 205 .. the party didn't stop until 2am Then next morning the music started back at 7am
