Hallways were cold. Hot water in morning tea was cold. Waited for receptionist for several minutes to check in (during day time).

We stayed here on Chris**as night because it's close to my brother's home where we spent the day. This is a conveniently located hotel, right near the highway. It is fairly clean if a bit run down and tired. The "breakfast" offerings were slim but I think the hotel was nearly empty because of the holiday so they didn't put out a lot of food. The best thing was the kind and welcoming staff. The woman who checked us in a 9PM on Chris**as night was super friendly. We appreciated that after a long day.

This property is falling apart. The building is rotting. There is mold, cracked tiles, and warped walls. That staff are kind, but this place seems like a long, long forgotten Wyndham that needs a complete renovation

Needs some TLC- our room reeked of cigarettes, the screen in the window did not properly fit the window/large gaps/let bugs in, hair in our shower drain, drop ceiling in bathroom stained & saggy, the lobby area where breakfast was served also smelled like cigarettes...will not stay here again.

The location was convenient. The room wasn't great. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging and the the floor tiles were cracked.

As a single female traveler I took one look around and decided to drive and find somewhere else to stay. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything through them, door was super thing and flimsy, lock was catching, was given a room with a conjoining room where that door also felt flimsy and the lock was weird…ended up staying at a Hilton near by instead

Good place for the price, employees very helpful and friendly. Room could have used an upgrade in cleaning.

the hallway smelled like mold- when i walked into my room, i noticed brown and black spots on our ceiling. i then went into the bathroom and the ceiling tiles were peeling off. i reported it to the concierge and asked to be moved and his reply was 'all of our room are in this condition' honestly, with the mold and bacteria visible, they should not be able to operate. i then asked for an early check out, and the man came to my room and reprimanded me then saying 'you will not get a refund!' terrible service.

I think it could be updated a bit. Mildew on ceiling. Get rid of may in bathtub. Hazard and unsanitary
