Nice view, close to the airport but far from downtown. Warmed swimming pool in the building which is great.

We arrived late, super friendly check in, went down for some drinks, and the bartenders were very good, and the bar was nice. The room was also nice. But they tell they have a pool, unfortunately something had broken down, so the water was freezing cold. And the saunas are not on either in the morning. When we told the reception, we were meet with a “yes we know, it will be repaired next week”. If nothing else they could inform their guests somehow, and not wait for us to find out in our swimsuits. Breakfast was ok.

Very comfortable and well equipped golf hotel in the northern suburbs of Hamburg. We enjoyed the very rich breakfast, the spacious pool and the location in a park as well as close to the airport. The facilities are all state of the art and the staff is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We will be back.

Nice rooms and a very good breakfast! The staff was really nice. Also, a nice gym but the spa facilities were disappointing. Mainly because the saunas did not open until 12. You could have opened this from at least 10 am as the pool was filled with kids in the morning. Furthermore, because of the many pool toys, kids were playing everywhere in the pool area. So no place for relaxation. The pool area was quite cold and you did not want to lay on the sunbeds. A new acoustical ceiling would be good in the pool area.

very nice hotel, extremely comfortable . Very good beds. lovely golfcourse in super condition. Large gym with all you need. very clean in the gym . They have a great kitchen. good food for dinner and nice breakfast

Lovely hotel with large, well laid out and very clean room and common areas. The pool, gym and sauna areas are large, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Great environmental saving initiatives with room cleaning service. Staff are friendly and very accommodating- in booking office as well as within front house services. Easy access to Hamburg and surrounding areas though a car is useful. Food is good with generous portions. Breakfast has everything that can be wishes for, late dining until 11am on weekends and late check out time at noon are definate bonuses. Recommend for families and couples equally.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean like new. The surrounding is wonderful, specially if you are travelling with children. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool with bubbling water around the corner.

The room was very dirty Staff was not friendly and very impolite. There was no kettle in my room. There was also no shampoo.was the worst aparthotel we were staying.we have 2 children,the aparthotel was not hot w.ter for 3days and no one was politely answering

Best hotel in the northern suburbs located in a park. Treudelberg has a great gym, a large pool and a beautiful golf course, which doubles as a park in winter. Staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful. We loved the large breakfast buffet and thatb the bar was open till one. The location is perfect if you have business or are visiting family in the north of the city. For sightseeing I would recommend a place in the city center.

We were given a warm welcome by everyone we met at the hotel, the service was excellent, the hotel facilities were very impressive and kept in immaculate condition, our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a very enjoyable week.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the rooms lived up to the cosmetic expectations. Getting to your room during the renovations was a 2 star experience at best. No wonder it was highly discounted. The worst part was that the AC was not working at all. This made it extremely difficult to sleep and made me consider looking for a different hotel to stay in. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE during this time

Nicely located modern hotel at a beautiful golf course. Modern room, good bed. Somewhat cheaply built bathroom with walkin shower. Since we stayed for three nights during quite warm days, 30 - 33 degrees celsius, we were quite amazed to find the rooms, the hotel not being airconditioned. Quite uncomfortable for a four star hotel. On the bureau desk there was a fan available which did help a bit to fall askeep. Late check in also took by far too much time with an unexperienced staff member. At over € 239,- per night for the room, single use, we were quite disappointed with our stay during these very warm days.
