With the situation going on we had no expectations for our day trip, if I am honest we did not expect to be going anyways. I am going to do a mixed review with both TUI experince and while we were at Snow Village. We boarded the plane pretty well back in England, everything considering it was pretty smooth and our flight was amazing looking out the window, the pilot would let us know important information and attendances were amazing! Food was a cooked breakfast with lots of snacks, I did say I am allgeric to chilly and comes under spices to and my parents aswell as me being vegetarian, unfortunately the messages were not properly passed on, I did not eat my breakfast and luckily they found a few spares from my parents, it's not the attendances fault, no big deal but just make sure you say and say again if you have any requests, we done it on the app, FB and called. The activity packs the children are given are beautiful aswell, just loved them and we played a game that was included with our little one! We landed and went straight through, we had our paperwork printed to make it easier, we were warned that you can not touch metal due to the temp' unless wearing gloves. The airport had Christmas vibes everywhere! Staff were so friendly and happy to help! Was amazing! We had to walk across to a warehouse, we then lined up, given boots, socks and a thermal snowsuit..We were also told we had to wear our coats, it was colder then expected and way colder then what apps suggested! My advice would be layers! I took a bulky coat not expecting to wear it and it caused me to get stuck as I couldn't bend properly as it was to thick lol! We were then put on a bus, given times for Santa and food, was about a 20 minute ride, it was beautiful! Our elf Pixie was very happy and handed the children their Lappish passports! When we got their we could eat straight away due to our times, it was not to busy, the food was very basic, totally fine as we were not there to sit and eat but just be aware that vegetarians it's bread, mash and chips! Again, it is ok, we were there to go outside! Bottled drinks were pricey but free water, hot chocolate and such was available. Husky ride and reindeer ride were long enough we found, get gloves that allow you to use your phone as its bitterly cold! They were great fun! The queues were not to bad and we basically had no sunlight anyways, it was lite and the guides had tourches on their hats. Snowmobile for children was great fun again! Plenty of activities for children outside with even hills built up for them to use! Seeing Santa we got on a trailer that was pulled by a snowmobile, we went through the forest and it was lovely! Abit bumpy so be aware, they do mention it though! When we saw Santa it was fantastic, we did mention about masks and they said no it's fine, there was a screen but they did not mind us not being infront or it either, some wear masks I have seen in some photos and if our Santa did it wouldn't of b
