シャイロ イン スイーツ ホテル ー クラマス フォールズ(Shilo Inn Suites Klamath Falls)

Stayed at Shilo per recommendation from family who live in the area. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our late arrival. We were only there long enough to sleep but I thought the hotel was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious.

We like the shilo and have stayed here multiple times. It’s easy and clean and allows dogs. It has a pool and the staff is nice. It would be better with a restaurant and bar but hopefully they will get those back up and running soon.

Very enjoyable ! Everyone were attentive and friendly.Wonderful structure and kept very clean and nice , beds extremely comfortable. I recommend Shilo Inns to anyone ! Happy travels.

It’s an average much older chain needs some updating and a little tlc. Bed was not super comfortable. Staff was very nice. How do you not have creamer for the coffee 😰

Carpet in the room was filthy and smelled so bad. The mattered was very old I had to use my own blankets and cover my head. They didn’t comp me just told me I should have said something at midnight they would have moved us,,,, except I was told that was their best room. Very old facility dying

The listed advertised free breakfast, but there was no free breakfast served. The carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine.

Our room was a nice size and pet-friendly. The lady at the front desk needs a vacation to cheer her up, but otherwise all was well.

Night front desk agent was rude. She did not come off welcoming, no smile or friendly greeting. More like she hates her job. I would stay here again though just because the property and room were nice. It was a bit outdated but it was clean and well maintained. There is a McDonald’s you can walk to. BK, Mexican food, Dutch bros all in the same area.

We had a nice stay here. We had our choice of floors; we chose the top floor so we wouldn't hear people above us. The room was very spacious and quiet.
