Surrounding the hotel is convenient to many shopping mall and restaurant. But the hotel walk in rate is cheaper than the trip.com. Hotel room rate photo attached.
Will trip.com refund me the differences.

The Imperial Hotel has a convenient location within walkable distance for a few places of interest in Kluang, such as the Street Art and the Railway Station.
The room is cozy with nice hot shower and new water kettle.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a mini fridge which is great. Not much space to walk in room. Shower is great compared to other hotels nearby. Location very convenient!

クルアンに行くのは初めて、もちろん帝国ホテルに泊まるのも初めてです。
クルアンは小さな町なので、ホテルの場所はかなり大丈夫です。 24時間マクドナルドの向かいにあります。
その時間にチェックインしたのは私だけだったので、チェックインは迅速でした。
小さなホテルなので、施設を利用したり、ホテルの食事を注文したりしませんでした。

It’s located just a 5 minute walk from the railway station which is convenient. The staff at check in was friendly and helpful and gave tips on where to go for food etc. The room was very nice with kettle but no hair dryer which you need to get from reception. Iron and board is place outside on the corridor. Bathroom clean and large, shower easy to operate and consistent water temperature. Only negative was on the second day I was given a torn bath towel. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again if in Kluang again
