I was disappointed with the WiFi service. There's hardly any coverage in my room 365. I had to use my own mobile data for Internet access to do my work.

Strategic location in town centre. Walking distance to mall and restaurants and shops. We stay here 5/4/24 to 7/4/24 during Puasa month. There is bazaar nearby with many food stalls. This area is very happening , loud concert close to midnight. There traffic here is very busy , almost still when come to buka puasa time. Difficult to find street parking unless park at the mall with rm10 per the lobby staff. Personally prefer hotel with brighter colour instead dark green. The bed sheet got holes. The price is considered reasonable for budget hotel. Lobby staff are friendly . We will not consider to stay here in next visit.

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!* My sister booked this hotel for a one-night stay, expecting a peaceful rest before an early checkout for sightseeing. But the front desk continuously disturbed us, calling our room every 30 minutes throughout the night, ruining our sleep! When we checked in, a Malay lady assisted us. We were a total of four, and she never mentioned that the fourth person would incur additional charges. She only informed us that if there was an extra person, we’d need to book an additional room for RM 170++. We declined, as it was already 10 PM when we checked in, and we planned to check out early the next day. She said visitors could stay until 12 PM. However, once we reached our room, we started receiving calls from the front desk insisting the fourth person leave—even after midnight, at 1 AM, 2 AM! IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF? Completely untrained, unprofessional behavior! We are a family, bringing along elderly members, and this harassment was simply unacceptable. This experience left us utterly disappointed with the front desk service. Is it such a big issue for a family to stay in one room? The repeated late-night calls were infuriating! I expect an explanation from management on why this kind of issue happened. Absolutely not recommended for families—service deserves a 0! Only the room amenities were decent, but that doesn’t make up for this dreadful experience.

A budget hotel in Kluang town area with affordabe price, and no deposit required! The Standard Single Room is quite small but cozy snd comfy, cleanliness was acceptable but towel not clean and seasoned. The front-desk staff was friendly and Wifi connection was good too.

友人と私は短い週末の休暇を過ごしました。部屋は広くてきれいでした。フレンドリーなフロントデスクサービス。建物はショッピングセンターやフードコートに近くます。私たちは楽しい短い休暇を過ごしました。私はこのホテルをもう一度予約します。

美しい部屋のデザインと個々の部屋はユニークです。しかし、残念ながら、コヴィッド19の前にメンテナンスのためにスイミングプールを楽しむことができません。部屋だけに部屋に追加の1つの鏡を提供すれば、それは素晴らしいでしょう化粧をする必要がある女性にとって少し不便なバスルームで利用できます。部屋の掃除機は1人だけの仕事のように見えますが、1時間後に部屋の掃除をするために午後3時です。チェックイン時間は午後3時ですが。部屋の清掃プロセスが次の推測の可用性を持つ部屋に優先順位を付けることを願っています。また、ヴィラが清潔さに必要なときにカーペットを注意深く掃除することを願っています。

全体的に良い。部屋はそれほど大きくはありませんがきれいです。場所は町からさらに離れていますが、運転している場合は問題ありません。

率直に言って、良いお得な部屋でしたと思います。ただ、予約する前に必ず部屋の写真や詳細をチェックしておくことを安心しました(はい、値段に関係なく)。1)予約された部屋は、予約サイト、Agoda.comに示されているように、どのようにきれいで、どのようにきれいではありません。 2) 1stルームを受け取り、チェックイン、むしろ汚れ、確かによく維持されていない-ステンド壁、ベッドの毛、ほこりだらけのベッドサイドテーブル、クローゼット、ハンガーなし、寝室のスリッパやタオルはありません。スタッフと確認した後、要求に応じてアイテムの一部が提供されるだけであると聞きました。😂最も興味深いのは、スタッフが予約サイトで何が表示されているかわからないと述べました!何を推測して、私の半分は私が速いホテルを予約したならば、私は考えています。 😅 3)まあ、部屋を変えてもらうことができました。予約サイトごとにいわゆる3つ星ホテルの期待を下回るほうがいいようです。天井、半破損した窓ブラインドなど、大きな水漏れマークがいっぱいです。4)サービスレベル - 男は一人で働いています、すべて一人で夜。まあ、あまりにも陽気ではないようですが、少なくとも部屋を変更するのに役立ちます。全体的に、ホテルはちょっと落ちています。本当に気にしない限り、写真に騙されないでください。私は本当に素敵で清潔なロビーを賞賛しますが、廊下沿いのムスキーカーペットを含む他の人には賞賛されません。私のアドバイスは予約をするときに2回2回です。すべては、安い部屋(ベッドが長い)や安い質のホテルの部屋を探しているかどうかにかかっています。ホテルのマネージャー/オーナーがホテルの基準を本当に改善できることを願っています。ちなみに、部屋で喫煙が許可されていない場合、なぜ迷子になるのですか?面白いんじゃない? メルデカホテルがそういう感じだ

This is just what this area needs: A well executed interactive farmstay within easy driving distance from Singapore. Quality accommodation, with plenty of farm animals and activities for the kids to get involved with. Outside of the animals there’s access to table tennis, swimming pool and board games in a small area near reception at the top of the hill. The lunch, dinner, coffee and desert served at the cafe exceeded expectations. The breakfast served is a unique picnic basket delivered to your door. The only issue was the utensils it comes with was a little inadequate (it’s hard to spread jam onto a pastry without a knife). Also, the lights outside the accommodation block were set on a timer to go off at 11pm. Well past our bedtime, which made it hard to get to sleep with the lights shining through the room. That said, I would definitely recommend this as a family weekend destination.
