Staff very nice and helpful but property is in bad need of renovation and new furniture. Most in my room had to be at least 20 years old. Desk chair and lazy boy had holes.

It was convenient to a businesses we had to visited. But quiet is an unstatement because it was very noisey . The refrigerator made noise. Couldn't run the AC because it was so loud sounded like a train coming through. So we had to open the window. The screen didn't fit good in the window so bugs came in. With the window open the traffic was louder.

I booked two rooms. We were just spending a single night while traveling for the holidays. My room, on the third floor, was very comfortable, but the towel rack did collapse causing the towel bar to fall on my exposed toe. My traveling companion, on the second floor, claimed that there was no hot water for her shower.

After reading negative comments, I was skeptical, but I had a non-cancellabel reservation. The room was clean (I checked before ‘moving in’) and stocked with what I needed. It’s not like a regular hotel stay so people cooked and that was a little bothersome, but I always bring a candle, so all was well. Jonathan and the other young man at the front desk both were friendly and hospitable. Also, staff I met in the hallways were very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel great location for us. Room was in need of many repairs. Bathroom door had been kicked In at some point and repair wasn’t even an attempted. For some reason we found dishes in the dishwasher.

Just a note . When I booked this stay I did not realize that it was an extended stay hotel. No matter. My stay was comfortable and relatively clean. There was no phone in my room. Nor adequate hand soap. No toilet paper on the holder as well. The dispensers in the shower were empty . No real room service, However request for items and turn down were honored.

This hotel is more pleasant looking online than in real life. The pros: the location is good for my trip and the area is quiet and safe. The bed sheets, and bathroom were clean. The appliances were functional as expected. The cons: The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. The room had a mildew smell which triggered my allergic reactions to either mold or dust in the room. I turned off the AC which likely circulated the mold and dust particles. I opened the window to get fresh air and had to deal with the sound of cars passing by, which wasn't too loud or frequent at night. The hallway of the floor my room was on had a cigarette smell. The elevator floors were not clean. This place is very outdated and needs deep cleaning.

The place is in disarray both logistically and physically. Smelly rooms, floors, dirty floors and carpets, noisy appliances, non-service during my entire stay. Requested towels and room cleaning multiple times, nothing. Stay way from this place, not worth the aggravation. The night “manager” tells you to talk to the morning “manager” the morning manager tells to talk to the night manager. It’s a joke.

The room was fine except for the microwave. It wouldn't allow you to stop it or turn it off and some of the dishes werent clean. Nice and cool in the room.
