ラグーナ グローブ(Laguna Grove Holiday Rentals)

The Apar**ent was full of ants - on the floor, in the kitchen etc. The neighbors partied till 2 in the morning on both evenings. You can Hear everything through the wall. Beside that, the Appartement was clean and pretty. But you have to bring absolutely everything yourself, there isn‘t even a soap for handwashing.

We had an amazing holiday at Laguna Grove. The place had everything we needed, very well decorated, even comfort close cupboards in the kitchen! Beautiful views of the lagoon, we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets on the balcony

Laguna Grove and Knsyna area a wonderful safe and friendly holiday area. Will definately return. We were in the area for 12 days and did something different on each day - catering for children and adults. Liselle is an incredibly helpful fountain of honest knowledge and went out of her way with recommendations even when we'd moved onto our next holiday location. Very very recommendable destination.

Although we didn't stay for long our visit to Knysna and stay at Laguna Grove was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Information for check in on a Sunday was clear and successful. The recommendation for restaurants etc. were also gratefully received. Would recommend soap for the bathrooms but other than that a perfectly lovely stay. Thanks for making our visit memorable.

Stayed Laguna Grove for 10 nights. It is positioned in a fantastic space with stunning views of the lagoon. The apar**ent was very comfortable and well appointed. It is so easy to walk to all the restaurants at the waterfront and also easy and safe to walk to the Knysna mall. Liselle was helpful during our stay. The only criticism we would have about apar**ent 27 was the internet cap .We had to pay for extra after only 2 days which we could not understand as we had been away from the apar**ent for most of the time. The set up to deal with load shedding was adequate but helped mainly by our friends who lived locally. The kitchen would benefit from a dishwasher ! Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Laguna grove is a beautiful place , lovely calming a**osphere. Feartherbed, knysna waterfront and other facilities are close by.The place was clean , staff were friendly, Liselle was so hands on and efficient, highly recommended destination

Our best holiday ever. We woke every day to the Lagoon 5 feet away. It’s a beautiful clean and clear body of water. Being very stressed from JHB life, this was a treat. For all the action on the lagoon, apar**ent is very private and quiet. We loved every day of our 2 weeks. The apar**ent itself is home from home. We will be back asap

Location lovely but house no 1 is terrible. Furniture old patio set terrible cannot even sit outside. Kitchen missing basic things like a scissors and oven gloves. House has damp geyser in main room cupboard so limited packing space. Just all round not what I paid for very disappointed i checked out on day 3 of 8 days paid stay. Will never ever go back neither recommend that one.

Lovely location but that is where it ends. We stayed at unit no 1. A serious need of an upgrade furniture old, outside patio set you can’t even sit on they like school hall chairs with a damaged glass table, floor uneven. Mould everywhere with a continuous damp smell. Huge geyser in main room cupboard so limited packing space mould and spiders in cupboards. Kitchen not fully equipped no oven Gloves, no scissors Old cutlery crockery. The unit number you get you should be sent those specific pictures because if I saw that particular unit I would never have booked it. I booked for 8 days and left after 3 days. A very expensive Knysna holiday and Laguna grove no 1 a total disappoin**ent: I will never ever go back neither recommend it.
