環境很好，酒店設施也好，景觀不錯，附近有很棒的希臘餐廳可以參考

Wir haben auf eine Suite umgebucht. Sehr schön. Essen im Gourmetrestaurant entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anwendungen sehr gut. Sauna Samstag sehr voll trotz Corona. Rundum ein Luxusaufenthalt.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice hotel at the banks of the Mosel Great breakfast with daily fresh products and very helpful staff. Service was quick and attentive. Rooms comfortable and nicely furnished with all modern equipment and great shower. Fitness and wellness rather small but also not crowded, so comfortable enough. Good parking available at the hotel. If you wish to visit the Altstad in Koblenz you should have a car, there is no walking promenade from the hotel to the city center (approximately 3.5 km) For those enjoying nature walks, at about 10 km from the hotel try Rupertsklamm walk with nice views We enjoyed our stay

Absolutely stunning hotel! Felt very luxurious - we were only there for one night but really wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms beautiful and spacious, lovely pool and indoor/outdoor area to relax. Evening meal was superb. Definitely worth the five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only stayed for one night returning home to England, but we eceived a warm welcome and we loved dinner on the terrace overlooking the river. You have a great team - warm, friendly and efficient 👍

Wow, what a hotel! We instantly felt welcome, friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like king and queen. Upon arrival they offered us a drink, as non alcohol drinkers they made the effort to serve us a non alcoholic white wine. The room was thoughtfully decorated, large TV, spacious closet with enough clothing hangers, there was even an umbrella provided. Modern bathroom with all necessary equipment, wonderfully well-functioning rain shower. Everything extremely hygienic and perfectly arranged. Lights that can be dimmed, heavenly noiseless at night, no sound to be heard. Very thoughtful to place a personalized "HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN" card in the room. In the morning a very extensive breakfast and the possibility to have breakfast outside with a view of the Moselle. Thank you all for this great short holiday you gave us. We will come back for sure!

We arrived to a very pleasant welcome and given our room key very quickly. Our room was amazing, the layout extremely modern and very trendy. We had a little balcony to enjoy the view of the Mosel River. The restaurant and outdoor deck area are amazing, with beautiful views. The breakfast was extremely good and as the weather was so warm, we ate outside overlooking the river and enjoyed Mimosa's for breakfast as well. We were also told by reception about the public bus service that was out on the main street in front of the hotel. We decided to try it and it was easy and fun to get into the main town of Koblenz. Upon leaving we were both given a bag of goodies as a goodbye present. We stayed 2 nights, could have stayed a week. Fantastic hotel.

Fährhaus gave us a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect - the service in the reception, the restaurant and the room - simply nothing to complain over. we used the pool in the morning, everything was clean and nice and the fact that they have the pool on 5th floor gives a stunning view. We will recommend this hotel anytime.
