We loooove this place. Although it's under renovation it dud not impact our stay on bit. The room was spotless and ultra modern. Ilunlike other hotels thosone looks EXACTLY like the photos its promotes. The ***ager and indeed every member of staff made it extra special though. They were so lovely. Highly recommend

Having stayed here few years back I was expecting a similar or better experience. But I was disappointed ro say the least. Good things first. 1. Central location. Easy to access shops,bars etc. 2. Reasonably spacious room with basic amenities 3. Some staff and their nice attitudes 4. Reasonable breakfast with good spread Not so good things 1. There was no mention on booking that the hotel is undergoing renovation. The reception area feels very dark and un-inviting 2. The check- No acknowledgement of your presence even if no one else is in the queue. No smiles..which doesn't cost anything! After a 12 hours long flight and pre requested early check-in, room wasn't ready. I understand that is subject to availability. But nothing else to do in the hotel. Spa is no longer open. There is no bar in the hotel. So ended up doing couple of hours of aimless wandering the area in the scorching heat with a jet lag and swollen feet! 3. Swimming pool- not heated and no where to change or shower. Refurbishment going on with workers in action beside the pool. 4. Room service food. Not value for money and not of quality (at least the ones given to me) Hard Porotta and beaf roast with hardly any beef in it! 5. I lost my plastic entry card and was told I will need to pay a fine as it's their policy. Some how they didn't charge it in the final bill and so I am not complaining. But having stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, never happened before. If it's in the policy, please make sure its written somewhere in black and white during the booking process. Overall it was OK and hopefully will get better once the refurbishment is over. But minor things such as above slightly spoiled my experience.

My Stay at Travancore Court, Cochin. Wonderful stay and located in the City center zone within reach out to Restaurants/ Business visits and some good shopping places. My special thanks to Mr. Alameen Shanavas, Front Office ***ager, ever so helpful and cheerful.

I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food and extensive beverage options offered at Holiday Inn Cochin. The staff, particularly Ebin, Salavudeen, Nithun, Akhil, Jasal and the trainees Niba & Fasna ensured that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing refurbishments which are unfinished. The restaurant serves good food. There is free wifi. Rickshaws pass by very often so getting to places is easy.

A very relaxing 3 night experience in this well located city hotel. Helpful and friendly reception staff, beautiful and thoughtfully designed rooms, and excellent restaurant food including good variety at breakfast and attentive service at dinner. The door*** on our first morning, 14 Feb, did everything he could to help us when our tour taxi didn’t arrive and reception efficiently booked an airport taxi at the end of our stay, arranging a packed breakfast for our early start. Would definitely both recommend and book this hotel again.

A great hotel with friendly staff. We had breakfasts and an evening meal. The choice of food was fantastic and we made comment to the restaurant ***ager regarding the staff, so helpful and happy. Rooms were really comfortable and even though the hotel is undergoing renovations were quiet. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Front of house staff and security helped with everything we needed, taxis, rickshaws, a packed breakfast for a 3.00 am start and other requests.

A beautiful experience and great service We were on a business trip to Kerala and were lucky to stay and enjoy the hospitality of Travancore court. One of the peaceful and comfortable stay we ever had. Staff Great applause to the staff who are so well ***nered and dedicated to details when it comes to hospitality experience. Especially, ***ager Mr. Balram, right from the booking till checkout he was on his toes to make sure about our comfort. Great stay, with good staff, and a peaceful environment. Breakfast was excellent, it's a yes for next time. Coming for the second time and missing the heritage rooms and paintings. Apart from that it was a complete experience. All the beat Travancore court
