Good clean room. No view from the window (just 1.5m to another building wall). A little big dark inside. Slow internet. The location is perfect. 2-3 min walk to old city center. Helpful staff.

Excellent emplacement proche de tout !

The stay at hotel bright heritage was average. Rooms were clean. On the downside, no towels were provided for two guests, no kettle or a provision for boiling water was present. The receptionist was demanding check-out time was 11am on 19-01-2024, even though at the time of booking and in the hotel room instructions it was 12 noon. Very bad attitude at the reception at the time of check-out.

The room wasnt very clean, bathroom slightly dirty. Bedsheet was torn and had holes. The neighboring room was super loud till late and drinking alcohol. No hot water and the fan only had 1 speed.

Very good hospitality for their staff. However there is no refrigerator and hot water in my room.

The room was neat & spacious, and the staff were friendly. But we didn't like the ac in the room it was too noisy, and we couldn't even sleep in the night.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in the city.

1. Room i got had lot of insects on bed. After complaining they gave us a different room. 2. Air conditioning was auto set at 27 degrees in every room, so even after feeling that hot in kochi, i was not able to lower the temperature. 3. My checkout time was 12pm but i was asked to checkout at 11 am only. I complained but hotel agreed till 11:30.

This property is situated in a good location at Fort Cochi. We went to Kochin Muziriz Binale & all the venues were easily accessible from this hotel. The Manager & Receptionist were so coperative. They have one restaurant & a rooftop restaurant with seesha lounge as well. Good Budget hotel if any one is looking for stay at Fort Kochi.
