very good experience. Staff are helpful and polite.

The check in process was horrible . I was booked for 4 nights and on reaching the hotel I was told only 2 days payment has been received and balance has to be paid my me . It was 10.30 pm and I told this issue needs to be clarified with the travel agent and it’s late and since u have 2 days payment credited please let me check in . They refused and I had to coordinate with travel agent at 10.30 pm and finally I was given the room at 11 pm .also the reception staff was not courteous and polite . After I chedon I got a call that if u order room service you have to clear bill immediately as the policy of the hotel . I said I am here for 4 days and we normally pay the total outstanding after we check out , you can swipe my card and keep a balance but that too was refused . The breakfast was not bad and the staff was polite and courteous at the restaurant and bar .

Located in an extremely accessible location on em bypass, this exquisite property is the best place to stay for business purposes, solo or even for couples. It has adequate parking space for cars. The interiors and rooms are one of the finest in the city. Extremely cozy rooms with modern amenities. The colour scheme inside , adds to the poshness of the property. Coming to the Service, it is excellent. The behaviour of the staff and the ***ager is very amicable. Hassle free check in experience. The food in this property is too good, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The ambience is noteworthy. Special mention of Guest Relations ***ager, Alexius Gomes for his assistance and for providing wonderful hospitality. Overall I would recommend everyone to visit NX Hotel and enjoy it's services. I would personally rate it 5/5 stars. Cheers!

Well , for a weekday staycation we were looking for something comfortable yet affordable, and after searching a lot we came across NX. Comfortable rooms ,a great lake view and yes ofcourse the food here was amazing. Our 3 days here were really amazing and appreciated the warm hospitality we received. If one looking for a couples of days to chill within a budget friendly range this place you shouldn't miss at the heart of the city.

Recently visited this amazing yet so underrated place for a special event of a closed one....this was one of an experience we had at absolute affordable rates....special mention for the front of the house, kitchen and banquet staff who relentlessly just kept on ticking all the hospitality boxes one after the other...not to forget the special multi cuisine delicacies...they were absolutely lip smacking... However would want to thank the palladio staff once again *****side all the other front desk representatives for making our visit and experience a memorable one.... Amazing comfort and cozy hotel. Stay was pleasant. Courteous front office staff as well and helpfull. Beautiful room with the lake view. The multi cuisine dining options specially with Kitchen 165 and NX lounge was amazing. Looking forward to comeback again soon 👌

Had a great time here, went for my friends birthday for one night. Cozy and comfortable rooms, front desk and housekeeping staff for their services were good. Also the fine dining restaurant Kitchen165 was awesome and is great for family gatherings and it also had a variety of multi cuisine delicacies.

Great experience food was great and ambience was also good .the service was great also very hospitable. I had a great experience regarding my stay there with my friends .the people working are very helpful .i loved the food there it was very good

Very nice staff we enjoyed our stay the breakfast was very good with different options,clean rooms n restroom and also location is very close to the major attraction of Kolkata. Quick service and we were well looked after. We will visit again.
