We have a room with direct assess to the pool. ⛱️ The hotel is directly on the beach 🏖️ it has servals pools and a water park, you can spend as much time as you want in the water. 🌊 It has 5 restaurants offer breakfasts, lunches and dinners with hundreds choices of food 🥐🥯🥨🍳🍔🥩🥞🍖🍕🧆and more than 100 drinks including alcohol drinks. 🥤🧋🍶🍺🍸🍷🍻1 pool bar and 1 food corner offer snacks, desserts and drinks all day long. 🍪🍿🍩🍮🍦🍹🥃 The highlight: everything is FREE!! You can drink and eat as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want! 🆓 Plus they have programs all the long too. You can do sport🏋️, dancing🧘‍♀️, play football, ⚽️tennis🎾🏸, and they have live music every night and they have shows in the weekend evenings. 🎹🎼🥁

Hôtel formidable !!! Le service, les employés, la piscine, le buffet tout était génial ! Une expérience vraiment incroyable, nous avons fait différents hôtels en Crête et il est clairement au dessus du lot. La Canée à 30mn et Balos à 1h00. Seul petit bémol, la qualité du café des machines du restaurant mais possible de le prendre aux différents Bars pour en avoir un de qualité :) Idem pour le choix de cocktail sans alcool qui est un peu limité Mais rien de dramatique largement rehaussé par tout le reste !!! Merci aux équipes pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr ! ❤️🙏🏻

風挺大 不能下水 很棒的酒店 住2天就夠了 因為第三天就吃不下自助餐 😂

We have stayed in the resort for 1 week between the 12th and 19th of October. I'm absolutely thrilled with the resort! Loved it from day 1 to the last minute of our stay. This resort satisfies absolutely everybody's needs, no matter if you are travelling alone, as a couple or family with kids. Euphoria resort is huge, has its own beach, swimming pool of a shape of the reaver (which gives devision in 3 sections: quiet area, pool bar area and low deep pool for families with kids) and kadt but not least - its own waterpak! Waterpark situated at the front of the hotel, which gives perfect comfort for those who are not interested in hearing a loud laughter and noise of joy while enjoying their peaceful holidays. The food...OMG, I put on 5kg on these holidays as the food was so tasty that it is just impossible to resist not to try it. Resort has 5 dining areas, 3 ala carte menu restaurants(1. Asian, 2. Traditional Greek, 3. Grill) that you have to pre-book in advance, 1 Italian restaurant as a day time dining and main hotel grounds restaurant. Besides that, quick snacks could be taken from the Snack Point by the waterpark. I have to mention the SPA, too! If you are staying in the resort, do book a treatment there. We had mother's and daughter's SPA package followed by the watermelon facial. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to leave. My therapist, I think, was Katerina, was very knowledgeable and attentive, and made me feel special for sure. Also, I have to mention Marina, our guestrelations person, who greeted us on our arrival. She is brilliant! Marina made everything to make us comfortable at the check in, she led us to the room by giving valuable information about the resort, which helped us a lot. The concierge dropped our luggage to the room after we had settled in. We were lucky enough with an upgrade free of charge to the pool view room from land view due to the availability. Our room was 628 - spacious, full of light, with balcony, spacious bathroom. Robes and sleepers were included free of charge. Toiletries were in high standard. The room was cleaned on everyday bases. The minifridge was filled with bottles of water complimentary. On arrival, we had a large bottle of water with 2 healthy bars. We liked them so much that we asked at the reception to refill them for us on everyday bases. The room has a modern coffeemaker with capsules and cattle with a selection of teas. I have to mention that if you are interested in sightseeing, at the resort grounds, you can find a car rental services and TUI travel agents. We have used the agency, and it was ideal. Pickup and drop off from the tour were at the front of the hotel. You can also book a professional photographer for memorable photos. At the resort grounds are 2 shops where you can purchase from small souvenirs to huge floaties. In 1 bus stop from the resort, you can find a beautiful village Kolymbari with historical harbour and monastery to visit. Maybe the review is too long.

Beautiful hotel, has been done up to a very high standard. the water park area there is great for children. We traveled with our 1 year old son so we were very appreciative to get a travel cot in the room for him. The hotel and staff I couldn’t fault as it was all amazing, lots of choices in the main food hall. The 3 À la carte restaurants we visited during our stay were all great but not the best choice for a small child so we would take him to the main dinner hall first then we would eat later (which wasn’t a problem). Beach is very pebbly so it is not very comfortable to walk on so we would go in our shoes and take them off before we got into the sea. My main let down was the cleaning staff who cleaned our room … - We were there for 7 days and our bedding wasn’t changed once (I know this as there was a sand mark on the bed which was made our first day there and was still there when we left) - the bathroom miniatures we’re only replaced twice - milk/tea/coffee was only replaced once - one of the days we were still in our room at 10 (just about to leave) the cleaning staff came and we said they could come in as we were leaving .. turned round and they were gone (assuming they’d come back), got back to our room about 2pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned and we had no towels. - on our last day we payed for late check out, that day no cleaning staff showed at all, so we had no water or towels to use that is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel especially seeing as we’d payed $120 for late check out. All this with the cleaning of our room did put a dampener on the holiday. Lovely place to stay but I will definitely not be going back

Unfortunately, this hotel can do better... We have been here 2 times before (this was the 3rd time) and had a far less experience than the first 2 times. It looks like there was a management change, and this resulted in poor service for a "Ultra All-Inclusive" hotel. We had several issues. We reserved a gazebo by the pool (you have to pay extra) the whole vacation, but when we wanted to use it, the reservation has not been made. I asked by email several times before our stay if it was arranged, and when we got there, it was not. There was a gazebo by the beach, but thas was far from the pool, and the beds we're all wet from the garden sprinklers. A new reservation for one at the pool went wrong again. Cleaning of the room was only superficial. The whole 10 days stay, they did not clean or mop the floor. You can also see that the maintenance is lacking, and the resort is aging. The largest issue were the weddings. More than the previous visits, there were weddings in the resort, on the beachfront. This resultated in a lot of noise after 22:00 that kept our children awake. When complaining they said they turned it down, but nothing changed. The weddings take a lot of time of the staff, the weekly foodcourt was canceled due to them attending to the wedding guests. I understand having a wedding there is nice, but imho, this shouldn't impact the other guests that much. The kidsclub is great and the food is too. Service has degraded if compared to the earlier visits. For these prices, there are better alternatives.

My husband and I stayed at Euphoria Resort for 4 nights while hopping around Greece for our honeymoon. I can't say enough good things about the resort! The food was wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the pools were amazing, and the location is perfect. We ventured out during the day to see Chania, Elafonisi, and Balos Beach and enjoyed spending the rest of our time relaxing at the resort. We also got a lovely couple's massage and enjoyed the spa. The beach is rocky so definitely bring some sandals! Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to come back one day!

Beautiful, stunning, amazing . The best hotel I’ve stayed in the staff are wonderful and cheerful when you enter they give you a cool towel and some lemonade whilst you check in. THE FOOD It was luscious some of the very best food I’ve had amazing chefs It has a great variety of food great for picky eaters aswell There was a lot of entertainment at night a big field for your kids to play in aswell The sea was the best I’ve ever been on however the beach was rocky so hurt your feet on the way in the non-slip flooring hurts your toes when on you tip-toes one last thing the pudding/dessert variety isn’t amazing but is so good I would go again And I am

This was our first all-inclusive vacation. We were hoping for a week of relaxing at the pool and beach, and don’t need to worry about anything. What can I say…the Euphoria made it easy to do exactly what we came for. We got our reservations at the restaurants, food was really nice, the beverages were good, and the service was really friendly. A small bus picked us up at the airport and also dropped us off again. It was a highly convenient stay that I can recommend to people/young families that want to forget home and just be indulged by Euphoria.
