I came to the hotel from Munich with my friend, we were a little skeptical since it was our first time here. But from the moment we entered the hotel, we loved the staff, hygiene and food. And of course the Animation team 10/10. The whole team, especially Hüseyin and Siyar, are caring and incredibly respectful to everyone. So we had a lot of fun and were very satisfied. Daytime activities and evening shows are great. I recommend it to everyone, see you again

Great hotel! Food 5/5: The food is very authentic and not typical mass-produced dishes. Entertainers 5/5: Many thanks to Özgur, Siyar, Hüseyin, Eren, Cihan. They are very dedicated and friendly. Always kept the atmosphere lively and entertained us superbly. The club dance is super easy and engaging. Always offered opportunities to participate in special events. Hotel Facilities 5/5: Very beautiful beach. The bungalows give a great homely feeling. Separated from the children's areas, yet not too secluded.

We really like this hotell and special Derya in animation team. She is so kind and so social. Like her really!! She come to us first night and was so kindly. All recomendation for her. Good job!! I will definitly come back. // Nejra from sweden!

Good hotel, Siyar nice guy. There is a lot to do in the hotel. Good service. Every Evening there is a Theater show. You can also Sport. The food is good. People are nice. And also verry important free cocktails!! The next time i will come back to this hotel.

We recomend club kastalia to everyone who wants a great holiday with children. The facilities, the rooms, the food. Our girls grow quit fond of the amazing staff. A huge thanks to all of Them for their great touch on the children - especial Siyar they miss already 🙏🏼😀 We will return thats for sure. Thank you all for a great time at your lovely hotel ☀️♥️

Nice place and great food. But customeservice could be much better at the reception. I have travelled lot of places and never seen so terrible service. They can't speak english and never smile. We waited one hour for service, reception should be open 24/7, but it was'nt.

Nice Beach Club with international guest structure .. accomodation in hotel like rooms or bungalows - with air condition, live cooking and own beach area. Sandy beach with sun beds and sun protection - also pools and a top water park for kids. Food is on high level - in high summer weather is really hot at lunch time

Just visited Club Kastalia in May with my mom. We enjoyed 99% of our time there. The animation team was the best part. They were engaging a lot with guest, always smiling and had good variety of activities. Big thanks to Mehmet, DJ and Eren for making me try new things. Having lunch with them is the funnest thing ever. The food was absolutely amazing and never knew what to get because there are a lot of options. Loved the freshly grilled dinner. Bar had also different types of cocktails. One of my favourites was pink lady. Ali is truly the best bartender. Waiters at the restaurant are all so friendly, even when they don't understand english that well they always have a smile on their face. Gökhan always brought me an extra apple juice and knew exactly when my mom wanted coffee or red wine. Recepts "dropping coffee on you" joke always got us. The beach is absolutely stunning. The water is so clear and feels nice on warm skin. Yes, the stones at the beach hurt a little but nothing too bad. Only con is the salesmen from massage salon are too pushy.

Had a brilliant time at the hotel. Friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent food choice and the beach was nice (smooth pebbles with a bit of sand). No complaints at all! Many thanks to all the hard working staff xxx (we’re in room 262)
