ベスト ホテル ゼラー(Best Hotel Zeller)

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Ort, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Renoviertes 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Seifenbehälter im Bad am Waschbecken war leider komplett leer, so dass wir das Duschgel aus der Dusche nehmen mussten. Dies beanstandeten wir nicht, sondern teilten es lediglich beim Auschecken mit. Ein Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee und/oder Tee wäre nett gewesen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal war höflich, jedoch eher distanziert. Wir hatten vergessen, zwei unserer Kinder, welche woanders in der Nähe übernachteten, zum Frühstück anzumelden. Wir bitten, dies vielmals zu entschuldigen, dennoch waren insbesondere unsere Kinder etwas erschrocken, als die zuständige Dame etwas unpassend darauf im Frühstücksraum reagierte. Leider war das Hotel nicht ohne Frühstück buchbar, was wir ansonsten gemacht hätten. Für unsere Kleinste, für welche das Frühstück bezahlt war, lohnt sich das Buffet ohnehin nicht, da diese kaum etwas isst. Die „Semmelbestellung“ dürfte also dadurch nicht immens beeinträchtigt worden sein. Das nächste Mal werden wir wieder zur Konkurrenz gegenüber ausweichen. Dort war alles prima vor einer Woche. Ein Vergleich war es dennoch wert.

Very Nice, Friendly Staff People who care. Breakfast Buffet is outstanding and the Dinners served are also very good. I had a great experience overall but i would not call this a 4 Star Hotel and thats fine. Carpeting in the room needs updating for sure and for the most part what they supply you with in the rooms is at a bare minimum. Other than those things...a good stay.

The room we had was OK, but an airco working all year would improve even more the quality of it. Breakfast,was as it should be and we really enjoyed the food (and drinks) in the restaurant.. Location is fine: easy connection with Augsburg by tramway and the other nice places are not too far away..

One of the best hotels that I stayed in the last year. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. Nice location. Complimentary breakfast with many options and free parking. 10/10

Very enjoyable two night stay last week. Would recommend if visiting the Konigsbrunn area. Had a fifth floor room with a dual aspect which meant the view was outstanding, especially enjoyed watching the thunderstorms from there Food & drink were both delicious and look forward to staying and eating at Best Hotel Zeller again.

The weather was amazing. The tram serving Augsburg is just around the corner. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with local cuisine and amazing beer and wine. The breakfast buffet was more than pleasing.

Lovely staff & a good overall experience. I would definitely use this hotel chain again. This trip was business related, but I would use this hotel if I was next in Germany. The only (minor) complaint would be that the scrambled egg was a little overcooked, but that's a minor issue!

BEST Hotel Zeller is a very good place to be like home during business trip. The staff were very friendly and familiar. Rooms are high quality with all you need to stay some days. The "towels for drinks" issue seems to me a great initiative ;)

I have enjoyed my stay a lot and I had a very good time. People are friendly and very professional. Also the restaurant has a good quality, and the breakfast has a wide selection of different type of food all very good
