歴史がたくさんある美しい古い歴史的なホテル。スタッフは素晴らしく、可能な限りお手伝いします。部屋のやかんが必要な場合は、レセプションでのみお尋ねください。素敵な静かなエリアにありますが、メインタウンエリアまで徒歩わずか数分です。朝食は素晴らしく、素晴らしい選択と超新鮮な食材もあり、目を覚ますのは楽しいことです。建物の古いファサードに遅れないでください。内部にはモダンなホテルで見つけることができるすべてが揃っています。

Das Zimmer, die Gesichtsbehandlung, das Personal an der Rezeption und das Frühstücksbuffet waren perfekt. Der SPA-Bereich eher klein für den zusätzlichen Preis. Das Barpersonal zwischen unlustig und gleichgültig. Die Parkgebühren von €40.‐ für zwei Übernachtungen viel zu hoch! Wir konnten das bezahlte Winterspecial nicht nutzen. Grund: Die Angebote wie z.B. Theater (keine Aufführung), Insel Mainau, Stadtrundgang etc. (wegen Fasching und Regen nicht angebracht). Wir fragten, ob wir stattdessen ein zusätzliches Glas Prosecco an der Bar bekämen. Nein war die Antwort. Sehr kleinlich, wie ich finde. Ich habe das Hotel gesehen, abgehakt und werde nicht mehr gehen.

Our first stop on a 6 night road trip through this part of Europe. We were met with a warm welcome from friendly staff, in this modern and stylish hotel. Similarly check out was friendly and chatty. The staff were great throughout our (albeit only one night) stay. We’d booked our ‘Comfort’ room well in advance directly with the hotel, which made the rate very reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. Parking along the front and underground the building is available for €15 a night, which was convenient and saved risking not being able to find a space on the road in the general area. The room itself was equipped with plenty of power sockets (an essential for all the tech we all travel with these days), was clean and bright, had quality linen and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable, although we did need to ask for additional pillows (as we did pretty much everywhere we stayed) - perhaps one pillow is the norm in mainland Europe. It was no trouble though and pillows arrived within a few minutes. The beer on tap at the bar was excellent, and reasonable value, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from Old Town which was perfect location wise. We were a little unlucky with the rain, but that’s not something the hotel can do anything about and simply just European Summers! Will happily stay again should we head back to this part of the world in the future. Highly recommended.

Room was great, but no much food selection nearby. Charge E?UR 10 for car parking where there is no gantry. Can someone confirm that payment is necessary ? Hotel is pretty funky and room is too dim for my liking. Got cooking stove thou

コンスタンツのスイスとの国境から200メートルに位置するドイツのホテル経営の特徴で、部屋は広くはありませんがとても清潔です。メーアスブルクフェリーから、メーアスブルクの町を訪れ、スイスの町に行って国立公園を訪れました。私はスイスの町に追いついて、国際フードフェスティバルを報告していました。

I went to this hotel just for a couple of days, and I would never suggest it to anybody. 1st: nowhere is reported that the check in is completely automated after 11-12 am, so if you have any problem, you have to deal with it alone. 2nd There was a total disorganization concerning the internet connection. They claim it is for free, but they never say that you have to hurry up to get one of the copy they print everyday with username and password, and if you arrive in the evening, there is big chance that you do not get any of these copies (other 5 guests had the same problem I had, no printed copies of the password), so you have no internet in the room (even if you payed for it) and since there are NO people at the front desk, you cannot complain to anybody to solve your problem. I went there for work and I could not prepare my ppt presentation thanks to them. On the day of the check out a brainless receptionist told me they just print the exact amount of copies matching the number of occupied guest rooms and he could not understand that if a guest took more than one copy (i.e. he can lose one and take another) some other guest will remain without. I suggested to leave one copy IN the occupied room and not in the common hall...I hope they will find a solution. At least the room was clean and quite, so I do not give them only 1 point.
