Lovely welcome from staff on arrival great service , beach bar staff very cheerful kept the drinks flowing We had family room with pool looked lovely, shame it was so cold so it didn't get used as much as it could have been Husband couldn't go in as far to cold. Speaking to other guest they also said main pools and childrens pool also very cold . On arrival no robes or slippers as stated had to keep asking for milk . Lovely Hotel not a 5* would say more a 4*

Having had to wait a number of years for a chance to finally enjoy a holiday as a couple, we are absolutly delighted that we chose the Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel. The first thing that enticed us to the place was the price, very reasonable for a 5 Star resort. Then having read the glowing reviews our minds were made up. Upon first arriving, and within mere moments of entering the hotel, we were greeted by the smiling staff and glasses of Prosecco. Such an excellent touch. The hotel is stunning, absolutely spotlessly clean and very well presented. Even though we arrived at 11pm we were given immediate access to the dining room and a very nice, and much needed, buffet supper. Our room (Sea view double with balcony) cannot be faulted. Very clean, lots of closet space, decorated well and the balcony was spacious with a great view. Food was very good, massive variety during buffet meal times, with the option of booking in at the two a la carte restaurants on site. Both of which offer a good choice of food (we recommend the Italian which was fabulous). Amenities are great too, the three pools are big enough and offer lots of seating, there's a plethora of bars and snack shacks throughout the complex and the beach just 2 minutes away (we recommend buying swimming boots though as it's very, very rocky) Overall we found the food extremely good, the room and overall complex excellent. Links to local transport is great. It is, however, the staff that make this place. From the polite and courteous front of house to the amazing bar staff and the lads at the beach are second to none. We're leaving tomorrow but are already planning our trip back for next year. An absolute gem of a resort and very highly recommended.

Fantastic stay. Had a lovely time and will be staying in Mitsis group again. I came as a birthday treat and it really exceeded my expectations. Food is incredible as well as the cocktail menu too. Daughter loved the crepes especially!!

Honest review!! We have Just finished our week here at Ramira Beach. We stayed with 2 younger Children (5+3years) First initial impressions was great. Lovely clean room and friendly staff.. The hotel seemed at full Capacity. It was very busy especially around meal times at the main restaurant.. most day's pretty chaotic and stressful!! The waiting staff really try their best to keep things flowing but its still a nigh**are . On a few occasions we had to queue for about 10 minutes to get in due to the sheer volume of people. We usually tried to eat early because of this especially for the kids. There was no kids entertainment whatsoever?! And even if there was we never seen or heard any especially up to 8:30pm? What we did see in the evenings was the same lady singing on a keyboard? I dont know if the hotel thinks because its their end of season they don't want to put on any entertainment.. but the hotel was at full capacity and we all still have paid a good amount to stay here regardless of its season. Now to the end of our stay. Food was acceptable . It was the Same for most meals with some alternatives . The creperie is lovely but very very busy. Sometimes there is just one lady working and when shes making everything fresh to order it takes time. 30mins plus to order sometimes. In between meal times there is the beach bar for gyros / burger or hotdog.. however there was lots of wasps and the kids couldn't sit down to eat because of this on the 2 occasions we went. (Surely spending €100 or so on some traps around the table would be beneficial) *There is no where inside inbetween main meal Times to eat if you want too. (Days trips/excursions) mean you will Miss the main restaurant hours... so the outside creperie and beach bar are the only 2 options for limited food options . Having somewhere Inside Inbetween these times That Offer some sort of Food would be nice (even if it was just pizza or salad/sandwiches). You are paying 5* prices after all to stay here. The pools was absolutely freezing.. luckily we packed the kid's wetsuits to wear... the weather was warm 24c plus most days but the pools was absolutely freezing and would be very unpleasant if they hadnt of worn them. This hotel is mainly 90% german/dutch/polish guests and because of this we (us brits) all found the workers looking after them to a Far superior standard than to us brits (the ones we all spoke to also said exactly the same)... they dont know how to queue like us brits and ruined our stay with their rude mannerisms and the hotel's undivided attention to them. This hotel mainly caters for these guests even all the excursions are sorted by german reps. Eg. Every arrival we saw at reception when we walked past was greeted with sparkling wine.. and the Brits we spoke too including ourselves was not greeted with any whatsoever, and at all meal times they was always served with drinks first and topped up. Every mealtime we had to go find waiting staff for drinks.(there is

Wonderful two weeks in Greece! Hotel met our expectations. Really good rooms, restaurants and staff! The beach bar service is the best! Thank you very much Miltiadis for everything, we spent a great time with you on beach!

Lovely relaxed hotel without all the rules that some hotels have. I would give this hotel 4 stars but it's the staff that make it. Everyone of them were friendly. We had a great view of the pool and sea. The pool was too cold to swim in for us in October which was a shame. Also the first three days were so windy! Food was really tasty and very well cooked, lots of choice at every meal and the puddings were delicious! Nice to visit the Italian and Meat restaurants but the main restaurant was our favorite. It was also nice to dine outside. Special thanks for Katerina and Danielle in the restaurant. Beds very comfortable and the room was large. Housekeeping were excellent. Nice that large beach towels were supplied and refreshed everyday. One negative was the time we had to wait for drinks. There are no self serve machines and the drinks are made by hand which is great but we sometimes has to wait half an hour for a coffee etc in all the bars and restaurants. Would of been nice to have someone to help yourself to drinks. Overall we would recommended this hotel for a relaxed stay.

Excellent! Beds comfortable, room large and spacious. Staff are so friendly. Food and drinks excellent. Entertainment excellent. Gardens and outside areas clean and comfortable. Stocked fridge in the room is a lovely touch. Perfect!

Everything is lovely and clean, food excellent, sunbeds comfortable and plentiful. Once again the staff were amazing, very hard working, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble. If you wanted a variation to a cocktail George in the main bar was always willing to do it for you. Alex was lovely around the pool, the restaurant staff were really busy but always brought drinks quickly and were willing to exchange pleasantries with a smile. Only negative is if your unable to keep your room for longer on the last day and have a night flight they offer the use of a shower room which is clean but doesn’t have electricity so people have to use hairdryers etc in the inside lounge areas. Just returned from a week, what can I say, an amazing hotel, the staff are outstanding from the reception, cleaning staff to the restaurant , bars pool, beach staff, I wish I could remember all their names but Katerina was special, a credit to the hotel. The rooms and the grounds were lovely, food for breakfast & lunch also lovely, not so kean on evening meals, but could always find something nice to eat, entertainment good. Would definately recommend this hotel x
