"Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design."

"I want to start by saying we had a fab holiday, a relaxing break filled with lots of lovely things to do. Our party consisted of My husband and I (late 40s) daughters age 16, 14, 11 and my active parents in their mid 70s. We are not big drinkers, but like the occasional drink, 3 of the party are vegetarian. We usually go on 5* holidays. The hotel was well spaced out with lots of pools (cold salt water - children didn't mind, but not great for the adults!). Lots of steps everywhere. The planes do fly directly overhead. All of this we read about before and didn't really mind about. The fact that everything was spaced out was a bonus for us as it never really felt busy! Lots of sunlounges everywhere, but despite the signs, people did get up at silly O' clock to reserve the ones directly by the pool. The hotel was a little dated and some of the grounds really could do with a freshen up and some maintenance, however the rooms and communal areas were very clean. The a la carte restaurants were good, presentation being slightly better than the food, great for Instagram’s pics. Wouldn't run to go back, limited veggie options, but nice enough and made a change from the buffet. The Main buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good, quite a good range and they had different nights including 'Asian, fish, international and Greek'. Lots of fresh fruit and salad dishes. Good desserts. Not a big of a selection as a I would expect for a 5* rating especially when it came to cold meats, vegetarian dishes, desserts, cheese, breads and pastries. But what we ate was good… although Youngest has food poisoning at the end of the holiday which we suspect was from pink chicken. We always found somewhere to sit at the buffet but it does get busy during peek times and you cant always get a seat in the air con areas. Snack bar food was ok at a basic level, chips, burgers and nuggets. No vegetarian options. Ice cream and shakes were nice - but very limited basic flavours. BIG queues!! Cocktails and mocktails were OK, basic selection and tasted basic. Drinkable - but nothing to write home about. No frozen drinks which the children were disappointed by. We had drinks fridges in our room with plenty of water and fizzy drinks topped up daily. The amphitheatre I'd give 0 stars to as a venue. It looked like a deserted dilapidated version of the place you go to see sea lions perform, with tiered uncomfortable plastic seating. We only watched one show, the lights and fire show. My girls gave it 2.5*. There is nowhere to get a drink by the theatre. We did go to a quiz night there run by the entertainment staff and that was great fun. Entertainment staff (animation team) were exactly that, entertaining and animated, so friendly and approachable (without being in - you -face) made the quiz and pool games so much fun. Massive shout out to Jess who was super helpful with what was on at the hotel and knowledgeable about things to do outside the hotel too. My girl's just liked hav"

"Found my stay here to be absolutely brilliant, from Anna on reception to my housekeeping lady mirella,who made me smile every day…the rooms were perfect and cleaned every day.Breakfast was varied and I think catered for every taste.There are plenty of places to eat along the front but I found the hotel food was really nice.Also a good location for the town as you walk along the seafront.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very relaxed and perfect holiday.♥️😎"

"建築的には、典型的なロビーと自動スライドドアを備えた古典的な高級ホテルではありません。代わりに、海沿いの非常にモダンな「大人専用」リゾートホテルで、共有エリア、レストラン、施設を共有するいくつかの独立した建物があります。上から見るといいですね。おしゃれな村に似ています広とした真新しいモダンなスイートでプライバシーを楽しめる「家」。通常、壮大な海の景色とプライベートプールが特徴です。私たちにとって、それは忘れられない経験でした。スタッフはとても親切でプロフェッショナルで歓迎しています。朝食は豊富で質が高く、敷地内のレストランでの料理は、特に夕食時に本当に素晴らしいです。休暇に滞在するのに素晴らしい場所です。客室は美しく装飾され、居心地の良い雰囲気を醸し出しています。場所は良いです。周辺の敷地は美しいですが、コスタウンから少し離れていますが、ショップや町の中心部に行くには車が必要です。コスで太陽と海を楽しむのに最適なユニークな場所です。非常に平和で静かで、完全なリラクゼーションに最適です。強くお勧めします。"

"We stayed at the imperial hotel for a week. We had never been to Greece before but it’s now an absolute favourite ! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, it’s a family run hotel and you can really see the difference between that and bigger chains hotels. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel in its self was clean: the pool area always clean and tidy with staff being very attentive at removing finished drink glasses. The bar service was great, always served fast and with a smile! We felt really welcomed here. A shout out to the man who worked the morning on the bar we didn’t get his name, he made great iced coffees ! The hotel food was really good ! Between us we tried a lot on the menu, cocktails are also amazing and great price ! We also really enjoyed the range of smoothies, Juices and milkshakes. Breakfast was good, always greeted with a hello and good morning on arrival. The air con is definitely worth paying and the safe isn’t too expensive. The friendly ginger car is a bonus ! We loved having her around and I think a lot of other people did too. The atmosphere of the hotel is great, music on during the day and a lovely chilled vibe. It was great that you’re also allowed pool floats ! There was a singer on one night and he was brilliant we loved it. The area which the hotel is in is great location close walk to the beach and kos town lots to see and do! Lots of bars and restaurants and close to the harbour. There is also a car rental just round the corner which we would recommend! Overall a special family run hotel that we would definitely come back to ! Thanks for a great week"

"The hotel is located in a quiet bay, 10 minutes by car from the city of Kos: beautiful location and beautiful sea. It is a newly opened structure and therefore certainly "new". For this reason, it could be easy to give a positive judgment, but - also considering the price that, for a "basic" room, starts at 200 euros/night - I think we can and should do more. The rooms seemed a bit too simple to us... apart from the bed there is practically no furniture except some shelves... the bathroom is really tiny: basically once you put your feet in you can only turn around or get into the shower. At the moment, moreover, the structure is not completely finished (there are still parts under construction, although it is not a problem in terms of dust or noise because the works are not in progress at this time) and some parts already opened are not really usable. For example, the outdoor gym is rather dirty (there is everything in the sand that acts as a bottom!) and abandoned to itself. Let's get to the service: polite but slow, like almost everywhere on the island, and above all, pieces of orders were constantly lost! Of three courses, two arrived or all the courses arrived but we had no drinks or cutlery! The cleaning in general needs to be improved because in the room an accumulation of sand remained there for days and ditto the shampoo that ended up on the walls of the shower. In the sand on the beach we found plastic hooks in large quantities and also a nail, perhaps left over from the previous construction site? In short, there are many aspects to improve especially in terms of quality-price."

"残念ながら、キプリオティス・ビレッジ・リゾートでの滞在は期待外れでした。スタッフは訓練不足で、失礼で、プロ意識に欠けており、それが滞在全体の印象を悪くしました。最大の問題はバスルームで、トイレは流した後もシャワーを浴びた後も水漏れしていました。毎日報告し、スタッフが「修理」に来ましたが、毎回同じ問題が再発しました。ほぼ毎日電話をかけても根本的な解決には至らず、非常にイライラしました。さらに、滞在中はWi-Fiとテレビが全く使えませんでした。 良かった点は、食事が美味しかったことと、リゾート周辺の緑が素晴らしかったことだけです。 全体的に、適切なメンテナンスの欠如と劣悪な顧客サービスにより、期待を大きく下回る滞在となりました。"

"Just returned home from 11 nights at Aqualand, overall the holiday was great. Perfect for the kids, as we travelled with another 2 families and had 6 kids aged between 5-12. Food was good, always something there for everyone. Rooms are dated, but were kept nice and clean. Balcony’s were really big too which is a bonus. The entertainment team were something else! Always there to keep you going with activities and music around the pool. All our kids loved taking part in the aqua shaky shaky. Bigger boys playing darts every day & water polo! And of course beer pong in the afternoon for the adults. Big shout out to Nacho, Hakuna & Boo-Boo. Our kids have all travelled home saying how much fun they had with you guys! Whoooop whoooop!"

"I would have given 6 out of 5 if it was possible, this hotel is the best we've stayed at. On arrival and whilst checking in, we were brought welcome drinks, before being driven to our room in a golf buggy. The room was great, with everything you could ask for, and cleaned daily. The pools and outside areas were fantastic, with plenty of loungers around the pools, and seating at the bar. The food was excellent, with breakfast being menu ordered items and self serve buffet. There are two restaraunts to choose from for dinner, with most evening meals being up to 5 courses. We did try the spa, indulging in some massages, and that was lovely. The stand out thing about this hotel is the service, right from the reception desk, porters, cleaning staff, bar staff, but especially the restaraunt waiting staff. A big thank you to Zeitzam & Magi, they were so helpful and always smiling. And also a big thank you to Mary in the hotel shops, she was a star. All I can say is, we will definitely be returning, and cannot wait."
