Amazing hotel with exceptional service. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great too. All the staff were absolutely wonderful!

I am truly, positive speachless about this hotel. Its very good location in the hear tof KOS town. Stunnig, friendly hotel staff without the fake attitude and the whole hotel is so clean, tidy and modern. The breakfast choice will satisfy everyone! One of the best hotels on Kos!

Just five minutes walk from the old town and the harbour, this hotel is in a great location. Also close enough to Lambi beach. Staff are friendly as well. Only downside is the pavement from the hotel to the old town needs upgrading and should be better lit.

We had a really relaxing stay. A great location to the harbour, beach, old town etc. The room was excellent. Cleaned everyday, spacious and well equipped room. We were happy to be able to watch sport. For a international hotel a few English speaking channels would of been nice other than the news. The room had great air conditioning and mosquitoes net slide door. I never got bitten which I always do. We both had the best nights sleeps and have come home refreshed. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were fabulous, particularly Michael (I think that’s his name). There is a hot and cold food. The chef is constantly making fresh fried eggs and pancakes in the front. The let down was the size of the pool. It looked small, we couldn’t get in as people put towels on the bed and leave them there very early. We didn’t have a pool day. I thought I would use the indoor spa, but we were made to feel at first like they didn’t want us to use it. It was nice, the one 10 minutes we tried but there was no sun bed in the room to dry off. I would say don’t stay if you like pool days and sleep in!

We spent 2 nights at the Blue Lagoon recently - It is a very pleasant hotel a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Kos Town. The room way lovely and spacious and very comfortable The staff on reception were a little surly and unhelpful. We arrived at about 10:30 and knew that official check in was at 15:00 - However reception told us that our rooms would be ready early and to relax in the pool area until 12:00. When i returned at 12:15 to check on this, the rooms weren't ready I was met with curt replies about how "lucky I was " that they were getting them ready early anyway. I held my hands up and reminded reception that they have asked me to return at the agreed time. All I wanted was clarity as to when the rooms might be ready . The rooms were eventually ready at 13:30 Services at the hotel are ordered and controlled through an app which has to be unploaded to your phone. call me old-fashioned but i find this annoying and a little impersonal Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee and tea were bland and tastless and most breakfast items tasted of cheap ingredients eg. advertised orange juice is in fact orange cordial. The Hotel provide a useful weighing scale in reception for luggage pre flight near the lifts. This is useful up to the point of using it, when you realise you have to provide 1 euro for every bag measured - details like this left a slightly bad taste. I am concerned about the large luggage ramp which impedes access to the lift and which is a definite Health and Safety issue Very comfy rooms , nice general areas and a very smart hotel let down by poor service

Really lovely three nights stay. Hotel looked brand new, clean and great location. The service was fantastic by front desk and the bar. Would stay again when we visit next time. Happy hour between 8 and 9 was a good starter to our evening.....

This is described as a 4 star hotel and in my opinion that is quite correct. Spacious room, comfortable beds ( very important for us as we don’t have the best backs), great shower. The cleaning staff were excellent. Change of bed linen every other day. I read a couple of people who weren’t impressed with the breakfast. My goodness, what more could they want? The variety is so great I’m not going to list it all here . Constantly coming round with coffee. Close to the harbour and all the shops and restaurants yet perfectly quiet. Wi-Fi worked great. Minus points, for me absolutely none. A special word of praise for Michael. He is like a human dynamo around the breakfast area and around the pool. Great attention to detail and so polite and friendly. A real asset to the hotel.

Just had a week here, and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel, despite not being obviously in the heart of Kos town, actually is. Out the hotel doors and in just few minutes walk, you're in the old town. A few minutes downhill - the harbour. Short walk along the harbour - beaches. Easy. No need at all for transport around the town and easy walks in all directions. Hotel itself was great - as others have mentioned, amazingly clean and bright and also compact, so felt really homely as it's not a big vast space. Rooms were a decent size with a balcony that in our case (room 321) had plenty of afternoon/evening sun. The staff on reception and the bar were brilliant, and the rooms were cleaned/made up daily to a very high standard. But the standout were the breakfast service staff - we were met with smiles every time, and they really seemed to want us to enjoy our time with them. And on that, the breakfast was really good too. Plenty to choose from, plus some little extras you don't always see, so it meant we had a positive start to the day! Pool area was calm and quiet (although this was early May, so might be a bit more noisy later in the summer) but the pool was nice, the bar was constantly attended and felt like a nice little escape from the town. All in all a really good hotel in a great place, with brilliant staff.
