Good. But sometimes the service got a little bit bad too like there's no remote for air-conditioning and they forgot to do what we ask to do. But overall good value for money for solo traveller

everything was great, worth the price, easy to book, easy to stay, i really having a great time to rest my body..

As a budget hotel, it is quite satisfactory. Air-conditioning is strong. Hot shower provided. Towels are clean. Just the room is not so clean. And there's no lift in the hotel. So you need to climb up to your room. Would be hard for those elderly. In overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel.

I booked for my family superior suite (queen bed + single bed) but when my family arrives, they're give my family deluxe double room (queen bed) without explanations

I booked online 1 week prior for a queen size bed room, but they did not reserved it for me & gave me other room located at the 3rd floor. The room floor was a little dirty and wet when I first entered. While the bathroom smells like urine all over the floor, flush was not functioning & no bathroom slippers. The bedsheet was smelly, looked dirty and old. Pillow were also old & flat. They only provided 1 pillow per bed, not as advertised. Warning..no lift, so not recommended for those with heavy luggage, old people & those with weak knees. Tv only provided with 1 chinese channel with no remote & muted. Aircond dusty, need maintenance.

Tv not function n have ciling leaking problem..overall ok... I can change my room because the ciling leaking problem.. Tq

A good place to stay, near to Centre Point Mall and a lots of mini market to buy food or snacks

Budget hotel

The location are superb. Its very convenience because near 7E, Orange, restaurant and big mall. Easy to find food and things needed even late night. The only thing is the bed are suit only for 1 person while I'm book for 2 person and the room are not soundproof. By the way, everything is ok and excellent. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Thank you for the great service.

Good hotel & good staft, bilik kemas dan bersih, sesuai untuk keluarga atau pasangan yang ingin bercuti atau pun ada urusan di sekitar kota Kinabalu.

The service is good but it not recommendable for travellers with luggage as hotel does not have lift.
