Most terrible stay experience. Imagine shifting 3 rooms at 1am at night due to a faulty air conditioning. Room service was so pathetic that the tea ordered at 7. 30am was not even delivered at the time of check out. Not clean pillow covers nor bed linen. In-spite of conveying all the distress and mishaps to the reception which they totally agreed, charged rs. 47 for an extra bottle water. It’s not about money but the way they handled was even worse.
