ライレイ プタワン リゾート(Railay Phutawan Resort)

The Hotel is very good to relax, we had a garden view with lots of green and it was perfect to shutting off all thoughts from Home/Work/Family and so on. It has a pleasant walking distance to the west and east beach ! Also they have an every 2 hour Tuk Tuk to pick you up from the beaches or to the beaches ! By Request, they also drive you there out of schedule which was really nice, but as I said the two Beaches are not that far to walk by. The Pool is clean and has a small cute snack & cocktailbar with a big veranda as well. the Prices are very affordable for a Hotel and the Breakfast are good as well, changing 2-3 Menus everyday but the standad Ham, Toast, Pancake, scrambled Eggs are fixed ofc ! really delicious

Everything is excellent except the food is just ok, not great. The room is spacious and clean, the view is beautiful, the staffs are very friendly, very happy with it.

房間非常漂亮，在萊利島本來就很原生態，住了一個晚上，非常棒。早餐一般，但是房間很温馨，而且在半山腰，特別安靜

푸타완의 최고 정점은 푹신한 침대입니다. 한 번 누우면 헤어나올 수 없이 편안합니다. 기암절벽에 둘러싸인 호텔이라 풍경이 너무 멋있었구요. 해변까지는 셔틀을 타거나 걸어 다닐만했습니다. 수영장도 좋구요. 호텔앞에 클라이밍할 수 있는 카페도 커피맛도 좋고 분위기도 좋아서 가보시길 추천드려요. 객실&화장실은 넓지 않아요. 조식 분위기는 최고입니다. 물론 맛도 있습니다.

除了設施有點老舊外都非常棒

Our stay here was mostly great; stunning views, great food and drinks by the pool. However I don’t feel it’s made clear enough how hilly the hotel grounds are and how there are virtually no handrails at all. I found this hazardous with my young children and mum. To get from the pool to the rooms were two huge steps that are crying out for a hand rail or more smaller steps. We knew the resort itself would be hilly and had read they offer golf buggy trips which we thought would be ideal however the availability varies as to who is on the front desk! There are signs saying they do drop offs every two hours but two staff members told us to message the front desk when we needed service which we did and a lot of the time they took us down to the front. Other times they were very firm in saying no even thought my mum finds it difficult walking up the huge hills. Another point to mention is that the entrance to the bathroom from the rooms had a huge lip, I imagine to try and stop the water spilling out from the bathroom but there’s no warning about this so my husband and I both stubbed our toes, my husbands very badly, hence the need for more use of the golf buggies! My tip would be to go and eat on the west side of Railay. The east feels very ‘brits abroad’ and lots of **** shops whereas the west is far nicer

This hotel is wonderful. Very comfortable room, incredibly kind and polite staff and the facilities are 5 stars. The view from the pool is a delight, we could spend the whole day there enjoying some fresh coconut and relax. The breakfast is also amazing! Lots of delicious and fresh food. We certainly will be back for a longer stay (we spent 4 nights there).

I loved this property so calm and amazing views, excellent service and great rooms, convenient walking everywhere, good food and pleasent ambience Would definitely come back
