This is NOT a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect for the old town, but it is soulless, reception did nothing but check us in, we had to ask for tea and milk - no additional information at all. If you want to watch anything on TV after an exhaustive day of sightseeing make sure you download onto a tablet - there are NO English channels at all. It is very clean though, but you may have to ask for extra pillows as we were only given one very thin pillow with a small decorative one which we had to use to have any kind of comfort. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of reception hub at all - it felt more like an air B & B and considering the price would have worked out much cheaper. The breakfast should you want one is very expensive - coming in at around £18 per person - what you can get in Krakow for £18 is impressive so shop around.

クラクフのホテルウィスピアンスキーに5泊しました。本当にこの場所を間違えません。私たちは4階に素敵な大きな部屋を用意しました、ベッドは快適で、彼らは私たちに無料の水のボトルを残しました。ホテルは、旧市街、メインマーケット広場、大きなショッピングモール、他の多くのアトラクションに近接する素晴らしい場所にあります。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、朝食ビュッフェはとても選択肢があり美味しかったです。私たちは数回ホテルのレストランで夕食を食べ、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。ホテルのバーはポーランドのウォッカでいっぱいで、全体的に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

ホテルは素晴らしいロケーションにあり、城や旧市街に非常に近く、徒歩圏内にあります。隣にはICEカンファレンスセンターがあります。ホテルは清潔で、サービスも良いです。朝食の種類はまあまあで、味も良いです。

全体的にこのホテルは素晴らしいです!スタッフはフレンドリーで、非常に顧客志向です。コンシェルジュサービスも同様に優れており、ジョニーを認識したいです。彼はコンシェルジュであることが何を意味するのかを定義します。レストランの提案から空港の送迎の処理まで、すべてが最高でした。一週間の過程で、彼は私たちに悪い推薦をしたことがありません。彼はまた、私たちもツアーを設定します!部屋(フルベッド付きの特典)は、アメリカの部屋と同じくらい広く、ヨーロッパでは予想外でした。ベッドは快適で、バスルーム/シャワーも同様に広くて快適でした。キャビネットの仕上げに気づいた小さなディンガーがいくつかありますが、それは部屋で着用と涙の唯一の兆候でした。これはクラクフで初めてのことです。ホテルは完璧な滞在になりました!街の中心に位置し、メイン広場やダイニング/アトラクションまで徒歩5分です。また、最後の分の購入が必要な場合はモールから通りを挟んで向かいにあります。ポーランドに旅行している場合は、このホテルは必須です! .

長い旅の末、午後10時頃にホテルに到着しました。システムがダウンしていて、予約した部屋にチェックインできず、バーエリアで待たなければならないという情報が迎えられました。幸いなことに、合併症は長くは続かなかった、そうでなければ問題が解決されるのを待っている間少なくとも一杯の水を提供することは合理的である。しかし、これはポイントと比較して詳細です。部屋では、ファンを消す方法がなく、とてもうるさくて眠れませんでした。翌日のレセプションで問題を報告し、ファンを消してもらいました。責任者とできる人が現在職場にいないので、現時点ではそのような可能性はないという情報を受け取りました。解決策として、私は耳栓を提供されました, それは私が眠るのに非常に不快ですが、彼らは「何もよりも優れています」と言います. 私は2日間の滞在中にリラックスの日陰を期待していたので、その結果、頭痛でホテルを出ました.睡眠不足の2泊、部屋の扇風機の迷惑な「ハミング」と窓を開けられない=ドラマ。

駅から近く歩いて10分以内で行けます。旧市街の中心にありクラクフ観光に最適です。フロントはフレンドリーで、朝食サービスのスタッフもとても良いです。*料理やパンケーキ、ワッフルなどオーダーでき、出来たてをいただけます。チーズケーキも大変美味しく、朝にcavaを飲めるのも嬉しい。カプチーノはマシンでセルフできますが、ぜひオーダーしてその技術を楽しんでください！ とてもとてもオススメのホテルです。

I stayed here for 4 nights while on a tourist visit to Krakow and Auschwitz. I chose this budget option as it was close to the main train station and easy access for the airport. 17 zlotys each way and tookbabout 20 mins. The room was fine, albeit very small, but i was on my own, so it served the purpose I needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. You could book breakfast, but I did not use that option. It was only about a 15 minutes walk into the Old Town and main market square. There was a large shopping complex right near the hotel with plenty of food outlets, and also connected to the main bus/ train station. The hotel is basic, but ideal if on a tight budget. I would recommend it.

This hotel is lovely, very clean and efficient. You want a hot bath. No worries, the water comes straight from a volcano or at least it feels like it as its so hot, plus runs in about 4.3 seconds as the water pressure is something us Brits could only aspire to. It's based in the Jewish quarter, so away from the main square which we preferred. We would have missed so much if we didn't take our walks to amd from the square as the shops, restaurants, and incredibly beautiful buildings stretch far beyond the square! Vintage shops galore, quirky cafes and wonderful sights so close. If you can't be bothered with the 15 min walk to the square, reception will call a taxi for you and coats about £2.50. It's not glamorous but clean, fresh, no flaky paint ect. Everything seems newly fitted and even though we went in January when it snowd every day (added to the charm) the rooms were super toasty. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a special mention. Maintaining such high standards is no small feat, and your housekeeping staff does an exemplary job. This time, my visit was for a special occasion, and the thoughtful upgrade along with personal greetings from your new manager, Ms Anita S., made it all the more memorable.
