The hotel is located very well. There is a shopping center nearby and lots of restaurants downstairs. The breakfast has a vast choice of variety.

The twin room was perfect for my son and I. The hotel is in a great location, central for everything we wanted to see. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty although there wasn’t a great amount of choice on the menu.

It was brilliant. Lovely staff, great food, amazing location. we would stay again!

Great service from everyone on reception and a lovely aura from within the hotel. The breakfast was very good and it’s located in a lovely spot. Would come back and stay again!

The room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfy and it was nice and heated considering it was so cold outside. The location was okay, no complaints with that. Very modern hotel with very nice staff! Will return if I come back to krakow.

Hotel pulito e paradossalmente silenzioso, nonostante si affacci sulla via principale dove passano i mezzi pubblici su rotaia. La posizione non è proprio centrale ma si è al quartiere Kazimier e ci sono una valanga di ristoranti e pub nei dintorni, per andare in centro a piedi c'è circa mezz'ora di strada da fare ma è una passeggiata molto carina da fare! Colazione abbondante, forse un po' ripetitiva e soprattutto salata, per gli amanti della colazione dolce forse non è proprio il posto indicato, a me è piaciuta molto! Per gli italiani: sappiate manca il bidet

Я никогда не оставляю негативные комментарии , но жадность этих людей на уровне, так что я пожалуй поделюсь. Мы жили 4 дня в этом отеле, в целом все на самом деле неплохо, хорошие комнаты , обща комната отдыха с pc. Эти люди напутали что-то с мини баром , и когда я выезжал и торопился и я сказал об этом, они создали большую проблему и выставили мне чек за то чего я не ел, дело дошло до того что я кричал на менеджера, но они были упёрты и все ради 22 злотых. Это перекрыло все хорошее что было в этом отеле , благодарю за это девушку которая работает сегодня 19.07.22

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable! They even have a 24 hr sauna. Although it is not near to old town but there is a bus/tram service right in front of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the town. We have a peaceful and lovely stay and the hotel rates were very affordable despite being four stars

Amazing room, we had a balcony and jacuzzi bath tub. We even had views of the castle! Everyone was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options!

We spent four nights at this really nice hotel in the Jewish quarter. It was well placed for seeing the sights and experiencing the culture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices. It could have a little more atmosphere though. The breakfast each day was fab. Not a huge choice but plenty of freshly cooked food to satisfy the hungry tourist. The continental breakfast and pastries were so fresh. Our room was a little on the small side with very little storage space. The bed was in a very small area so no room for side tables but saying that it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a good shower but again had nowhere to put personal items and no decent mirror for makeup. A big bonus was a balcony which gave us some lovely outside space which we loved. A fabulous view over the rooftops of Krakow which we made the most of. All in all we had a great stay despite the little ******* and would definitely return there

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was spotless and the cleaner Julia left our room clean & exactly how we entered it on the first day. The location was ideal not too far a walk from old town but not too close either, really enjoyed this location for the eateries you might have missed if you were more central to old town - Taj (Thai restaurant), Judah Food Market etc. We didn’t require any assistance from staff however I did say before our stay it was for a special birthday hoping that i would be given some help to have something set up in the room prior to arrival (not a massive deal but also couldn’t do it in front of my partner as it wouldn’t be a surprise). I’d definitely stay again. We stayed in room 317 which is a standard room, I’ve attached photos.
