ボネロスキー パレス(The Bonerowski Palace)

位置絕佳酒店，老城中心，服務挺好。房間很有特色。出門可以找到各自餐廳酒吧。從這可以一路走到皇宮。廣場上聖誕集市很熱鬧。

This is a beautifully decorated classic hotel. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. Comfortable bed but the duvet wasn’t quite big enough. The room was a bit dark in the entrance, especially as one of the down lighters was out, I couldn’t see well into the safe or the wardrobe. I reported it but it wasn’t changed, I’m not sure if the air con was working as it should be. That said it was still a great room. It was serviced daily and was spotless. Continental breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice but the hot menu choices were great. The staff throughout were helpful and attentive. The location was fantastic on the main square.

We have just returned home after a five night stay at the Bonerowski. Situated on the main square, it couldn't be better placed for exploring Krakow and people watching over breakfast or a drink. Yet, our room was wonderfully quiet. The hotel is very comfortable, there's a good selection of dishes at breakfast and staff are very welcoming and attentive.

Not convinced about the 5 stars. On the positive side, the rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the staff are generally ambivalent and lacking in warmth. Exemplified by the need to ask for a table to be cleared for breakfast. Breakfast is average and there is no lounge area for guests to relax in. In summary the hotel is worth considering if you get a decent rate but don’t expect 5 star service.

Lovely stay in this hotel, centrally located on the square which was ideal and near to train station with links to airport. Room was comfortable and clean with service each day; a**osphere lacking and bar closed early but possibly because not in season,however, we only had to step outside and a**osphere was fantastic. The main positive for this hotel (apart from location) is their staff, each and everyone was so helpful and friendly a credit to the hotel.

We have just returned from 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was massive, clean and uniquely furbished with so much space and everything you would want or need. Our room was at the top of the building and the ceiling was all glass which may cause a problem in the summer but was not an issue for us at the end of March. The breakfast was very nice and tasty with a good selection and excellent service. Location wise the hotel could not be placed any better, right in the heart of the old town and on the main square. A perfect place to stay for a city break and I would highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful decor, very clean and comfortable. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a lovely meal and drinks in the restaurant looking onto the main square. Service was excellent. We loved everything about this hotel and would love to go back.

Il palazzo è bellissimo, ristrutturato e sontuosamente arredato con grande gusto.La posizione è il meglio che si possa avere a Cracovia. La gestione è pessima. Al telefono non sempre rispondono. All'arrivo avevamo prenotato un taxi che non è arrivato, può succedere, ma non può succedere che con le mail di conferma in mano, nostre e dell'hotel , ci venga detto che non abbiamo dato conferma. Il lenzuolo sotto era di quelli duri e "plasticosi "come il cartone , per proteggere il materasso da eventuali liquidi ... Ho chiesto di cambiarlo subito e lo hanno fatto. I cuscini erano durissimi. I ragazzi della reception sono molto cortesi ma assolutamente non formati per il ruolo che gli è stato dato. Non è colpa loro. Non sanno assolutamente come muoversi. Una mattina è venuta ad accoglierci la guida ed ha chiesto di noi, la ragazza non ha fatto niente. Eravamo seduti nella stanza a fianco ed abbiamo aspettato, sia noi che la guida, fino a quando ci siamo stancati e la abbiamo chiamata. Era li' di fianco. Quando abbiamo prenotato e pagato avevamo chiesto di aiutaci nel prenotare una guida che parlasse italiano. Nel sito era un servizio che offrivano. Credo non ci abbiano neanche provato. Ci hanno semplicemente detto che non c'era disponibilità. Meglio così perchè da soli in internet ne abbiamo trovate di validissime. E' un vero peccato inoltre che alcune zone molto belle del palazzo a piano terra (a fianco della reception) dove prima c'era presumibilmente un ristorante orientale fossero piene di materiale di consumo e per la pulizia. Al piano dove c'era la nostra suite, molto bella, il corridoio era spesso ingombro di materiale di uso. Del resto i poveri camerieri molto cortesi ma avevano proprio l'aria di non avere una guida. Altra cosa il personale del ristorante Amalia cortese professionale e preparato. In sintesi il palazzo è da 7 stelle , la gestione meno 4. Per cui la valutazione è 3 stelle

Beautiful boutique hotel with courteous and friendly staff with good English. Great breakfast. Amazing decor including mult-floor chandelier and richly decorated rooms. Perfect location for the Chris**as markets in the square. Clean and tidy too.
