Great Polonia Kraków Old Town

Nice hotel. Not as good as last time we visited when it was the Amadeus. Breakfast not so good as previously. Sauna not working, internet a bit hit and miss and room was hot despite A/C, which wasn't very effective. Staff were fine though and it was comfortable enough. Great location too

Comfortable room with large bed and bathroom with a corner shower. Room decked out in old fashioned furniture. Room has a small fridge and lots of storage draws and a wardrobe. Also kettle but didn't have coffee( can get sachets from breakfast room)but did have tea. Breakfast is typical Polish style with salad type food, breads and 2 coffee machines. Hot food was breakfast sausage, fried and scrambled eggs.

A pleasant and charming hotel situated up a quiet street close to the city centre. Clean and comfortable room making for an enjoyable nights stay as only in Krakow for 1 night. Will definately return in 2024

Location is ideal, a stone's throw from the old town. Hotel not suitable for those with limited mobility as even though there is a lift, there are a few steep steps up to the door. There is a side door for disabled access and a chair lift, but this door was locked and not accessible. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available all day from restaurant. Breakfast was adequate, but you need to get there early as food doesn't appear to be replenished. You are required to clear away your own dishes and all the table in the main breakfast room have a thick clear plastic covering over the tablecloths Room was adequate aside from the very worn carpet please see photo. Room was cold, although there was a standalone electric heater in the room. Towel rail in the bathroom never came on during our stay. Rooms aren't serviced daily unless you request it (there is a notice stating this at reception and was highlighted by the receptionist). This wasn't an issue for us as we were only staying 3 nights. I get the impression the hotel is being run with minimum staff and budget.

Lovely stay in a very good located hotel near the old town square. . Plenty of nice bars and restaurants in area. The room was nice and big with a good size bathroom . Very clean and friendly staff . We did not have breakfast as was out early . We would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow

Excellent Hotel . Great location in the old town of Krakow All staff incredibly helpful. Rooms all clean and very well maintained. Breakfast very good as was our evening meal. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks to all.

Excellent hotel, ideal location and a very spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is located in the heart of the old Town and very close to the central square. Mrs. Daryna at the reception is always very kind and very helpful. Memorable stay!

Great hotel, lovely breakfast, and perfect location in the jewish quarter. It is about 20minutes walk onto the old town which is good. Also a plus that you can hep yourself to teas coffees etc all day, as well as pastries. Great hotel for the price.

Hotel muy céntrico con buen precio para facilitar al máximo los desplazamientos por la ciudad. Todo está cerca: la estación de tren y de autobús, el punto de encuentro si haces excursiones y junto a la Plaza del Mercado. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Buen trato en recepción. El desayuno no tiene demasiada variedad pero suficiente para pasar unos días. Era diciembre y no hemos pasado frío. Como única pega que, al estar en la buhardilla, se oía la lluvia en la ventana pero, por lo demás, silencioso y cálido, no hemos pasado frío. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en Cracovia :)
