Bad restaurant service. Restaurant waiters lack tact. I had to take a pill and needed to wrap 2 pieces of fruit from breakfast. They refused. Waiters should understand that have to make exceptions to satisfy clients.

We loved having breakfast and dinner on the beach.

The place was clean and suitable for family stay. But couldn’t have a good rest because the mattress was too soft.

We stayed at this hotel for two days, Friday-Sunday. Beautiful location, and the accommodations also were nice. However, my sister paid for two rooms - a 3-bedroom villa, as well as a smaller villa. Upon check in, they were informed that the smaller villa would only be available for one night, even though she had fully paid. Fast forward to the day we were supposed to check out, my sister requested a late checkout, which she was granted. Then that Sunday morning, they forcefully inform us that we have to leave because the big villa needed to be prepped for another group. Mind you, we had 3 small children and 6 adults that needed to quickly pack up and leave. In the rush, we forgot a cell phone. We called the hotel to ask if they could look for it, told them we had tracked the phone and it was showing it was still at the hotel. A few hours later, after many calls to the hotel, the phone was turned off, and to this day we’ve not found it. My sister decided to dispute the entire transaction when we returned to the States. The owner, this white French man, has been calling and threatening us since, not trying to accommodate our grievances or even attempt to atone for an iPhone his staff obviously helped themselves to. He’s threatened to have all my family arrested and that he has connections in the US and Israel, that we have no idea what he’s capable of and threatening physical harm against us. This. Is. Madness. Stay at this place at your own peril!

Great hotel. We stayed in the Tree house (Mango house). The quality and attention to details was impressive. I'll stay here again.

Situation géographique : Seul le restaurant est en bord de mer, l'hôtel est de l'autre côté de la route avec une vue partielle sur la mer (si vos fenêtres sont biens orientées) Points fors : appartements spacieux avec la vaisselle et l'électroménager nécessaire. la climatisation bien qu'un peu faible fonctionne bien Points négatifs : La plomberie est déplorable; la robinetterie est de mauvaise qualité, l'installation c'est du bricolage et il n'y a pas de purge sur les colonnes de distribution (il y a en permanence de l'air dans les canalisations) , les sections sont trop petites et les débits sont faibles. La carrelage est mal posé (point commun que l'on retrouve au Cameroun)

Cet établissement propose plusieurs types de chambres dont des chalets à plusieurs chambres permettant d’accueillir de grandes familles. Piscine très agréable. La mer est de l’autre côté côte de la route face au restaurant où l’on prend des pdj très copieux. Accueil agréable et parking sur place. Sûrement un des meilleurs établissement des kribi.

Las habitaciones son horribles. La cama tiene mantas y el colchon es durisimo.Tienen Los baños fatalmente equipados, mal alicatafos y muy incomodos. La recepción cierra a las 21,30h y no abren hasta las 8h El personal es muy maleducado. Si no revisan tu habitación antes de irte, no te dejan salir. No lo recomendaría. La calificación de *********** no es verdadera.

Suite à une annulation pour cas de force majeure, cet établissement, peu regardant sur la procédure, a fait bénéficier ma réservation, déjà réglée, à un compatriote... Alors que le remboursement était convenu. Escroquerie en bande organisée, ça vous donne une idée de l'éthique professionnelle de ce genre de lieu...Passez votre chemin et optez pour un véritable établissement professionnel du tourisme.
